SCAM BEWARE – They will not refund or replace a delivery that does not arrive

Absolutely appalling customer service.

My order was delivered by Evri to the wrong address and never received by me. Evri have acknowledged the delivery issue, but because Epoxy Res-It are the sender, Evri require the company to raise/follow up the claim with them.

Epoxy Res-It are refusing to do this and are also refusing to refund or replace my missing order.

So I have paid for goods that I never received, the courier has acknowledged there is a delivery problem, and yet Epoxy Res-It expect me to take the loss rather than resolve the issue with the courier they chose.

BEWARE before ordering: based on my experience, if your parcel is misdelivered or goes missing, you may be left without your order and without your money.

Completely unacceptable. I would not order from this company again.

Really easy to use. A little funnel with the set would be a great addition to your products 😎🙌
I haven't noticed and strong chemical smells coming from the product. No issues with air bubbles or cracking.

Very poor customer service - over £100 lost and still unresolved

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I placed an order worth over £100 which was sent via Evri. Evri delivered the parcel to the wrong address and subsequently acknowledged the delivery issue. I fully appreciate that the original delivery error was not Res-It’s fault; however, as the retailer, they need to resolve the matter with the courier and ensure that I either receive the products I paid for or a refund.

More than two months later, I have received neither.

I have contacted Res-It repeatedly by email and WhatsApp. I have been told that the issue would be sorted, but despite numerous attempts to follow up, there has been no resolution.

What is particularly frustrating is not the original delivery mistake, but the lack of meaningful action afterwards. Mistakes with couriers happen, but I would expect a professional retailer to take responsibility for resolving a failed delivery rather than leaving the customer more than £100 out of pocket.

After more than two months of chasing, I have unfortunately reached the point where I have very little confidence that Res-It intends to resolve the matter.

Based on my experience, I would recommend purchasing elsewhere. If something goes wrong with your delivery, my experience suggests that getting a refund or replacement may be extremely difficult.

This was my 1st attempt at a resin encapsulated project.I received good advice from Res-iT. The resins were easy to mix and use and the end result was excellent. I would use this company again !

This company saved my project. I bought some cheap, non-specific resin online and poured it onto a table that took me a week to mosaic. Although I followed the instructions carefully it didn't set but stayed like really thick, sticky toffee. I contacted Res-It and got advice from customer support about what had maybe gone wrong, which of their products would be suitable for my project and how to go about rescuing it. I followed that advice, opted for their deep pour resin and it worked! Absolutely delighted and so grateful.
