I cannot tell you if the product is any good as I didn't recieve it and upto now the support team has been less than helpful . Been passed back and fourth between there team and the delivery team with no success of a resolution.
So im.out of pocket and have no matt.

I spent a decent amount of time looking for a nice desk mat that bridged the gap between affordability and quality and EDP delivered!

I was going to get 1 but they had a great deal going for 2 and I really liked the designs they had available (there are a ton).

The only customization I got was some added text but they have a lot of cool options for fully customizable mats (even RGB).

I needed a bit of extra help putting together my order but the customer service was awesome!

The only thing that was a bummer is it took a while to get it shipped here but still within 2 weeks. In my own case I was in no rush and I know it probably takes a bit longer with a custom order so no bad marks from me there.

Overall I'm very happy with the print quality. I was anxious to see if the designs translated well on the bigger mats (image can look "stretched" or "pixelated") but the print looks clean and aligns beautifully.

The mat quality/feel is also impressive. It has a semi-tacky backing that will hold well against most desk surfaces and the stitching is clean. The surface feels pretty smooth but has enough traction that mouse movement is clean and precise.

After receiving the wrong deign due to a mix up, I contacted the company who were extremely apologetic and quick to resolve the issue sending out a new order promptly! While allowing me to keep to incorrect Matt as a gift. Thank again I would definitely recommend good quality product and great customer service

Despite a complex custom print I requested they delivered with astonishing quality (feel) and appearance. It’s probably the most complete mousepad I’ve had to date. I can’t recommend enough - reasonable price, sound team for delivery updates, superb quality. You should definitely try them out if you’re looking for cool high quality gaming mousepads. The desk pads I ordered are beautiful and functional - they don't slip, there's plenty of room for both keyboard and mouse (without obscuring the beautiful artwork much), and they make my desk space elegant and orderly. The artwork - both its beauty and its whimsy - is what caught my eye first, and it became even more lustrous iwhen seen on the pad. The company has been responsive to my emails and quite personable.

Love the pads, very cool and exactly what I was looking for. The only reason it’s a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that the shipping took a bit of time(around 2 weeks)but other than that this product is exactly what was marketed. Would recommend!!
