Outstanding Supporting, customer service and fast shipping!!

Top notch customer support. Prompt answers and honest follow through until the order shipped. Huge "Thank You" to Wolfeik Group and Epic AG Shop.

I purchased a brand new .25 Epic One 700mm LW with CFB air rifle from the Epic Airguns Shop back in May 2026. I received the rifle with no incident and it arrived in an acceptable timeframe considering it was coming from Spain to the US. I filled it with air upon unboxing to 200 bar. I was not able to shoot it right away so I put it back in the case and set it aside for about 2 weeks. When I opened the case back up to go to the range, the gauge showed 0 bar of pressure! The rifle sat untouched in a climate and humidity controlled environment for the entire time it was in the case. I reached out to Epic to make them aware of the issue. Response was not quick, however I am an American - specifically Texan - and we aren't known for having the most patience. I was told to fill it back up again, take a picture of the gauge then let it set for 24 hours and take another picture. I did this and sent the images off via email. I pegged it at 200 bar and let it sit untouched as directed for 24 hours. After 24 hours I returned and snapped another image showing 175 bar. I was told this is 'normal' due to the compressed air generating heat, which causes expansion and can give a overly high reading. The 24 hour 'cooldown' period was the true pressure reading. I accepted this skeptically and set the gun back in the case and left it untouched for another week. After 7 days, the pressure read 140 bar; another 7 days and it read 120 bar; another 14 days and it was reading 90 bar. This is not normal - under any circumstances. I own 3 other high end PCP rifles (FX Impact MKIII, LCS SK19 and AirForce Texan LSS) and have never had ANY pressure loss after fill up. I filled the FX to 150 bar on the same day I first filled the brand new Epic (nearly 5 months ago now) and it is still holding at 150 bar. I have reached out repeatedly to Epic over the last 6 weeks for help and have not received any response. I bought this rifle for NRL22 over several other competing rifles due to its specifications and Epic's stellar international reputation. My experience has been abysmal, and am now stuck with a $3,000 paperweight I am afraid to shoot for fear of a catastrophic pressure failure.

Ordered a new single shot tray and moderator for my new Epic Vision air rifle. These are premium parts that are well made and high quality. Shipping was fast from Spain to the United States and communication from Epic Airguns Shop was excellent.

If you need any parts or accessories for your airgun do not hesitate to order from epicairguns.shop

Thank you.

Excellent service

This is a follow up to a negative review I previously posted. The issue I had with a newly designed airgun has been corrected under warranty even though it was partially my fault. Their representative that I corresponded with deserves 5 plus stars. I think he may have spend half of his work days for the last week or so helping me solve my problem. He was more or less caught between a rock and a hard place. It was a newly designed gun which was sent out from the manufacturer with zero information so he had to be the middle man between the factory and me. 👏👏👏to Kevin!!
BTW, his English is better than mine!

Great service fast shipping
