Environ Pest Control London Anmeldelser

Sean was great! He provided us with a ton of information and was very thorough in his work. He had a wealth of knowledge around pest control and safety for our children. Highly recommend!

we used the company for rat infestation, they were good and reliable with communication, and with time keeping, friendly, they delivered the service as promised and provided reports, we are still monitoring the outcomes

Excellent service from Environ. Lots of good advice from the person who attended and very efficient

Thanks Saan. Excellent support and assistance in dealing with most unwelcome visitors. Could not have been more helpful. Many thanks again.

From the first call to enquire about your services to your guy Shaan turning up to our offices - EXCELLENT. Shann turned up on time (6.30am) but I was told by our warehouse Manager that he had arrive at 6am and was outside inspecting. When I arrived at 6.30am Shaan was already up a ladder spraying around a tree and guttering where he had identified where the nest was.

Upon my arrival Shaan came down from the ladder and clearly explained everything to me. I found Shaan to be very knowledgeable and professional. After this Shaan came into our our offices and looked around our loft and confirmed that there were not any nests etc. I asked how the wasps had come from that tree into our loft and land on an employee. His explanation made complete sense. By 9.15am I had received a report with many photos and a clear breakdown of what Shaan had done/found.

Should we ever have a need to use pest control again, we would use this company and also request Shaan to attend. A great representation for a great company. Thank you Shaan/Environ.

Superb service- Shaan was extremely professional and knowledgeable; he addressed my concerns and provided a rapid response and assessment.

Sean worked very hard in a thorough meticulous way all day and communicated very politely and effectively. he explained clearly where the problems lay and what needed to be done.

Punctual, reliable and really thorough.
Didn’t feel that they were out to fleece you and upsell. Darren especially was very helpful and his explanation of it all and was very clear, but not in a scare-mongering way.

Brilliant service came out fast on time no more issues thank you so much x

Liam from Environ Pest Control visited to deal with a wasp nest just outside our bathroom.
Hugely professional - evicted the wasps faster than a bad tenant
Couldn't ask for more !

Good and quick response. Efficient and friendly.

Had a wasp nest to deal with under a window. Booking process was easy and straightforward with the price being reasonable compared to other quotes. Darren was lovely on the day and made quick work of sorting out the nest. Wasps are now no longer and issue :)
Thanks!

Very satisfied with this company. Initial contact was Sarah who was friendly, helpful and very accommodating to help us sort a wasp nest outside out bedroom window. She arranged for David and Darren to visit within 2 hours. They were on time, courteous and very professional. Job done in 10 minutes with no fuss.
Reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.

Shaan has been to my flat three times: to survey, treat and then proof. Each time he's done outstanding work.
He has talked me through what he's doing and why at each stage. His attention to detail has been second to none and this, combined with his customer focus, willingness to go the extra mile, his friendliness, punctuality, technical knowledge and reassurance allow me to say he's delivered the best service of anyone who's worked on my flat.
I highly recommend Shaan and Environ Pest Control.

Always a stress free operation when Shaan visits. He takes great care of our home and is a great and friendly communicator.

The wasps disappeared within a couple of days after the nest access holes were treated with a white powder by the pest controller.

The man who came to deal with our mouse situation was very helpful and respected my home and was very knowledgeable.

Technician survey is so honest.
I will use his service even though his advice is good enough for me to follow.
But I think I don't mind more to use this company to maintain my pest control in place.

Shaan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant and well presented. We discussed the job and he provided a very efficient service. Received the pictures promised within 5 minutes of finishing up. Would recommend him and environ pest control London.

Adam carried out mouse proofing at my property yesterday. I was impressed by his professionalism, great attitude and the quality of his work. He took the time to talk me through what he was doing and explained the reasons why. It's clear to see he takes great pride in his work; he did a first-class job! Adam goes above and beyond and is a credit to Environ.
