As an author of twelve books, I know the value of good editing. I discovered Entrada in 2020 and have made them an invaluable part of my marketing and editing team. I first connected with the team during COVID, which was a writer’s paradise (everyone stayed home reading books). Entrada put together an aggressive marketing plan that helped me capitalize on that market and grow my readership, which led to more reviews and more sales —and it still resonates to this day—and they did it on my budget, not a “one size fits all”—take it or leave it.
As a writer, never underestimate the value of beta readers. They are your test readers before the book hits the market. There’s nothing worse than getting a 1-star on Amazon telling the world that "this book didn’t make sense.” Then it’s too late. Entrada offers a unique package of having three beta readers evaluate the manuscript with a comprehensive list of set questions about: The Opening, Characters, Plot, Pace, Setting, Dialogue, Technique, all rated from 1-5 with plenty of commentary from the readers about what worked and what didn’t. I’ve spent thousands on Upwork and Fiverr, never quite knowing the quality of the feedback I’d get. Entrada gives excellent feedback and value for money, which any writer trying to write a better book can appreciate and use in a practical sense.
