I’ve been waiting almost 2 months now for my order. They just keep telling me they will check into it. Then proceed to offer me 25% off there merch. 😂 what a joke

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I would NOT order from this company. I ordered coffee on 10/29/2024 and the order has YET to be shipped. I asked for cancellation and refund as this order is well past a generous amount of time to accomplish fulfillment, and the customer service agents have seized to respond to me. Not to mention, what kind of company of this size would not give phone number where their customers can call and speak with someone in real time about complications? Outrageous!

The absolute worst online business I've ever used. Ordered 2 lbs of coffee from them 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Charged my card immediately and gave me bad attitude every message I've sent to them requesting information. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSSINESS!!!

Shipping took 2 months and was only shipped after I requested a refund....which they said no refunds allowed. Hat was very poor quality. Raffle was extended for over a month to try and sell and my PayPal was hacked a week after using it to buy the hat. First time I have used my PayPal in 2 years....

Be weary of purchasing from Enthuzst Apparel. They shipped my order a month and a half after I ordered it, so that it would arrive after the giveaway ended, which disqualified my order from being able to be returned. The quality of the shirts I got were poor. Thin shirts with a blurry imprint. I left a comment on their facebook page, they blocked me. And the are not publishing my reviews on their page, probably because it is not favorable to them. They are a SCAM charging $40 for cheaply made t-shirts and mailing them out, so you cannot return them. AWFUL!

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn’t give them a 0 star rating. 5-7 day shipping is what the website reports. I’ve currently been waiting 78 days and my order has only been placed so far. I’ve contacted them for a month and a half now and I’m told the same thing every time, waiting for warehouse fulfillment. They refuse refund, and I have told them this is fraud because of what they advertise as their shipping time. I have placed a fraud claim against them.

Over 3 months no order and refuses to issue a refund. Do not buy from this company. They do not care about the customers that purchase from them.

Shipping times are awful. Suppose you don't mind waiting over a month for stuff like a t-shirt or key chain order away. All sales are final and no refunds will ever be issued regardless of the problem. Know this before ordering.

Spent $40 and never received my shirt. Gave an excuse that they were slammed with orders and they’re working on it.

Ordered product on 7/8/24 but never received it. Company claims supply chains are disrupted. I ordered a pair of gloves.... something Amazon could have delivered in 6 hours. I emailed them to complain but they'll just remind you all sales are final and no refunds shall be issued. Thats fraudulent behavior. Avoid buying product to enter their giveaways. You'll never get it.

The overall quality of the T-shirts is very good if you ever receive them. You will wait so long you will forget you ordered them. (Months) and shipping is ridiculously expensive to top it off. I would never purchase another item from them. It’s sad that they can’t get it together because I like the clothing.

Horrible company.

Horrible customer service. Over 40 days and still no products from them. No help from customer service. A joke of a company
