Very Bad Business Practice
I placed an order for $147.00 worth of products. After waiting about a week and no info on shipping had been received I reached out to ENIVA to see where my order was. They told me one of the items I wanted was not in stock, and they didn’t know when it would be in stock. So, I asked them to remove that item and send me the items they had and I would re-order the out of stock item at a later date. They said they would send the items in stock, however, they would not remove the out of stock item even though they didn’t know when it would be back in stock. After a long conversation about why they couldn’t do it I asked them to just cancel the entire order. They said again they dont cancel orders once they;re in process. I directed them to their website page on returns and cancellations and the page said they don’t LIKE to cancel orders, however, they would for a $25.00 fee. I agreed to the fee, however, because I shamed them they have now refused to give me a refund, credit, or send my order. This started the first week of March 2026, and I’m still waiting in May 2026 and I haven’t heard anything from them. I will never do business with them again and I hope my $147.00 keeps them in business since they can’t seem to return it.
