Besvarelse fra Enigma PC
Hi Madeline,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the issue with your RAM. However, we respectfully reject the claim of poor assembly.
We take great pride in building custom gaming PCs of the highest quality. Each PC undergoes rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance before it is shipped to our customers. While we take every precaution to securely package our products, there are rare instances where components like RAM can become dislodged during transit, especially for interstate shipments.
We understand the frustration of having to reseat the RAM yourself. Had you contacted us, our team would have been more than happy to guide you through the process and ensure that your PC was working correctly.
If you have any further concerns or require any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

New to desktops
The computer arrived promptly and was easy to prepare and connect (10 minutes). This is my first desktop I've bought in the last 20 years and I didn't do much research so as a novice it would be great to have more information to tell me what I need to expect such as:
- desktops generally need a keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers/headphones and ethernet cable to work (I did know this)
- Windows 11 isn't free and I have an annoying "activate now" message in the display (I should have known this)
- what 3D Mark does, but really some confidence in if the rig can play the intended game/application (yes it does play Civ 6 but what might be the limit it can play?)
- did I purchase the Anti Sag GPU stand, what does it do and is it installed?
- upsell opportunities, e.g. there are spare slots for RAM so I might consider XYZ in 2 years, these speakers/lights are compatible and great.
Overall the case is big and the lighting is pretty and I'm pretty satisfied.

Very fast dispatch and delivery for custom build
Ordered a gaming PC with custom selected components on a Monday night, order shipped the same Wednesday, somehow got from NSW to QLD for delivery on the Friday! They have a great online PC builder where you can select compatible components, would recommend purchasing a gaming PC from Enigma and saving a lot compared to places like Umart and branded gaming PC's. Their deals posted on OzBargain are very reasonable.
