The service is amazing. The whole process was easy, I made a mistake and they sent me a message to correct it.

The service was good, but not user friendly. Each time one responds, it treats it as a new query. Thus delayed my services

Total waste of money, because they will not tell you what they CAN NOT DO, until you pay for the services ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CAN NOT process the application because they will ask for further information, for my case they asked for a transcript from 30 yeras ago. With the £69 FEE NON-REFUNDABLE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY IN MY EXPERIENCE.

This is usually a result of the webpage being left open for too long. Please go back to ‘My Account’ and refresh the webpage. After doing this, please select the “Identity Check” button. You should then be able to scan the QR code image with a mobile device to begin the identity check journey. If you do not have access to a smartphone, or are using a smartphone to make the application, please select the blue ‘I do not have access to a mobile device with a camera’ button. You will then need to scan or upload a photograph of a current form of identification such as a passport or driving license. Once this has been added please take a photograph of yourself as the qualification holder to submit the identity check.

When this has been completed and submitted, please check the “Order Status” section of your online account regularly for any updates on the status of your order, and notification of any action required by you. If this is still not working, please also try the following before contacting us again:
• Logging out and then back into your user portal.
• Clicking on the Identity check button/icon (on the bottom right)
• Clearing the Cashe/cookies from your browser
• Use an alternative browser

Thank you for your message. If the QR code will still not work, there is a button below it you can push that says "I do not have access to a mobile device with a camera". I tried your advice and called the hotline to ask for help, but the identification verification still did not go through. It is very upsetting that the advisor on the phone failed to provide any workable solution and just asked me to apply for a refund. The app for ordering Life in UK Test works perfectly, but your QR code and browser link do not. Since the IT issues are not resolved, does ENIC have an office where I can take my passport to show your staff for verification? I hope to hear of a resolution to the ID verification IT hiccup instead of blaming the service user. I paid 250 pounds for a service which never happened and I believe I deserve a reasonable explanation. All correspondence in this Messages portal will go on Trustpilot reviews.

How can I trust or appreciate this service anymore?
You downgraded my bachelor’s degree to “higher education only,” even though I worked incredibly hard for it — much harder than what it takes to earn a bachelor’s degree in the UK.

And my master’s degree, which I completed after two years of nonstop effort and sacrifice, was reduced to the level of a bachelor’s degree. That feels completely unfair.

Honestly, what I achieved in Afghanistan was far more difficult. If I had studied in the UK, I could have earned the same qualifications with much less struggle.

I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience with your qualification assessment service.

I am disappointed that my higher education qualification, which was fully taught and examined in English, was not accepted as evidence of English language proficiency. Although my medium of instruction and assessment was English throughout my degree, the report still states that my English does not meet the standard of UK GCSE English.

Your website and guidance documents do not clearly mention that qualifications studied entirely in English may still be rejected for English language equivalence. This lack of transparency made the process confusing and, in my view, unfair.

I invested both time and money into this assessment expecting a clear, transparent evaluation process. However, the outcome feels inconsistent with the information available to applicants.

I would strongly suggest that UK ENIC update its website and application guidance to clearly explain its policy on English language equivalency and the criteria used for determining it. This would help future applicants make informed decisions and avoid unnecessary costs.
