Hi. The procedure went well although a couple of things I think you could improve on. I know you aren’t hairdressers but just a little more care to shave it more evenly where you took the grafts from would have been nice. Also the new grafted area looks as though it is not quite symmetrical on each side. Have to wait to see how it grows. Other than that the team were well organised and really quite caring and professional.

I had an FUE hair transplant six days ago on the 2nd March 2022 and had an incredibly positive experience.
I arrived at 8am and was greeted very warmly by Lexi who was fantastic and put me at ease.
I then met Dr. Krishnan who was incredibly professional and spent a lot of time discussing my aims and making sure I was happy with the plan for the day ahead.
It was then time for surgery. I was made to feel very comfortable, the first injections in to the back of my head (where the donor hair was taken from) were uncomfortable but over quickly.
The donor grafts were then taken from the back of my head, this was a painless experience just moving from position a couple of times. This took around three hours.
We broke for lunch, Lexi showed me my folicles under a microscope and then Dr. Krishnan injected my scalp (not very painful at all) and prepared it for the new hair. He and his team then created my new hairline, inserting the grafts. During this part of the day I watched netflix and felt totally relaxed. After several hours the procedure was over and I was picked up to be taken home.
It is a long day but I can't imagine it going any better. Dr Krishnan and his team were friendly, attentive and totally professional.
It is now five days later and I am very happy with the results. The recovery has gone exactly as expected.
Steve Norris (who booked me in and was great) checked over photos and reassured me all was well.
I would thoroughly recommend Enhance to anyone who is looking at having this procedure and I'm excited to see the results.

I had my operation 3 days ago and I can honestly say it was such an easy, chilled out experience. From the minute I walked through the door I was made to feel relaxed and at ease. The team are clearly very experienced and have been doing this for a number of years which has given me great confidence for the months ahead and what the results will look like. I am most surprised by the lack of any pain and discomfort. The anaesthetic isn't pleasant, but it last seconds and after that I have not felt any pain from then until now. I was off painkillers after the first 24 hours and I feel great which is testament to the experience of Dr Williams and the whole team who were great. The facilities in Birmingham are great. I had quotes from 5 other clinics, but I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Thanks to everyone - really looking forward to seeing the results develop over the next 12 - 15 months.

Absolutely awesome experience from beginning to end. I first spoke to Enhance last year after considering a hair restoration for years. Steve Norris was very informative and kept in touch up to the procedure. Then on the day of the op I tested positive for covid which was gutting for me and no doubt them. The team cheerily rebooked me in for a few weeks later and finally the day came for it to be done.

I was greeted a lovely girl called Lexi and looked after all day by her. I also had a very informative meeting with Dr Krishnan who has been doing hair for 12 years full time. He really knows his stuff. They are working from a new clinic they have just opened so everything was lovely and shiny.

The procedure was great. Other than the initial sedative injections which are a bit sore but are over in a minute or so the rest of the day was pain free. The team worked solidly from 10am until 7pm. I think there were five people working as a team.

It’s so relaxing that I spent a good part of the day asleep. They had to wake me sometimes to get me to move!

The end results or at least the result before it grows is absolutely amazing and I am chuffed to bits. I can’t wait to see it grow over the coming months.

If you are considering doing it and can afford UK prices rather than jetting off somewhere cheaper I just wouldn’t hesitate to use the team at Enhance.

The whole process from start to finish was carried out in a very professional manner and Dr Williams are a first class team of professionals who know there stuff and made a very difficult day for me better then what I expected as I have a major phobia of needles and anything cutting into me which obviously forms 90% of the process but they made me feel completely comfortable during the day...so 10/10 and would recommend enhance for anyone thinking of having a hair transplants.

I attended Enhance in Solihull for 4500 grafts by FUT and FUE on 19th January 2022. From the moment I was greeted by a very friendly team member, I felt positive that my experience was going to be a good one. I was introduced to Dr Krishnan, who asked me all the relevant questions and allowed me to ask any questions for clarity. This was really reassuring and put me at ease. I dressed into the surgical scrubs and was taken to the operating theatre to be introduced to the technicians. I was impressed to find such a friendly, professional and hard working team. Dr Krishnan perform the graft extraction with ease and I felt comfortable throughout. The technicians worked to prepare the grafts for implanting and later the grafts were placed. Due to the number of grafts, this was a time consuming process, but the technicians worked precisely and methodically under the guidance of Dr Krishnan. I cannot speak highly enough about the team and my whole experience with Enhance Hair Resoration. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone considering a hair transplant to use Enhance. You made my experience comfortable and professional - My Sincere Thanks to Dr Krishnan and all the Enhance Team.

From the minute I arrived the receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was explained thoroughly prior to the procedure and I felt at ease throughout. The procedure itself was painless and passed quicker than I had expected. I had confidence in the staff performing the procedure. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to watch tv, listen to music and eat and drink as and when I needed to. I would definitely recommend Enhance for this procedure. I look forward to seeing the results in 6-12 months.

I have been loosing my hair for the last 10 years and it had been slowly knocking my confidence. Eight months ago I made the decision to go and speak to the experts at Enhance medical group about what they offer and how the procedures are done.
Yesterday 5/1/22 I had a hair transplant (FUT) the procedure was done at the new clinic in Shirley, Birmingham, from the minute I arrived the service was 1st class! Everyone in the building was friendly and couldn't do enough to help me which put me at ease as I was nervous.
It's my first day of recovery today and I am comfortable, the aftercare has been amazing, receiving calls checking I am not in any pain and seeing if I was happy with how yesterday went. As I said first class!
Over the last ten years I have always looked in the mirror and not liked my hair but for some reason always thought it was vain to fix the problem, a friend said to me.... if you lost your two front teeth you would get it fixed?.. what's the difference?. if it makes you feel better go for it! I went for it and I am starting 2022 positive and confident. I couldn't recommend Enhance medical group highly enough.

Had my FUE procedure yesterday. It was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

Started the day being greeted and instantly put any nerves I had to bed. Had a chat about what to expect from the doctor, both from the procedure and going forward. The rest of the day was what I would describe as sort of an intense spa day, incredibly chilled out with all the snacks and refreshments you could want. The only uncomfortable part being the being the numbing but that’s over in seconds. The rest you just spend watching Netflix and chatting with the staff.

Overall an incredibly professional and relaxing atmosphere, from my consultation all the way to the procedure. Very happy to have chosen enhance and would recommend to anyone considering getting it done. Now to wait for the results and I’ll give an update in 6 months.

I had an FUE procedure just under 2 weeks ago with Dr Krishnan in London to restore my hairline and crown. On the morning of the procedure after meeting with Dr Krishnan he advised that I don’t have the crown restored and wait another 3 months. Initially I was reluctant, but I was soon reassured by his advice and felt that he really had my best interests at heart, whereas other specialists from other companies may have just proceeded!
The whole team were so professional and caring. Looking forward to seeing my results in the months ahead. Would highly recommend!
