This company is TERRIBLE!! I ordered a heated jacket for my son-in-law who wears an XL. The jacket was supposed to arrive in 5 to 7 days. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and although the tag says it's an XL, it has to be a medium. I have emailed so many times and now they are just not replying at all. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE company. Don't waste your money on any of their items. What a joke!

Complete scam! Took about 6 weeks (instead of 7 days) to get a fake tumbler. I ordered 40oz tumbler, which was supposed to be from Simple Modern in a specific color. Received completely different item. We tried to cancel multiple times, but they ignored the requests and sent the item from China. Refused to accept return.

Let me start by saying that I should have researched "engravingift.shop" prior to ordering. Now, I have been ripped off!
The needlepoint stockings we received are printed, not needlepoint as described and pictured on their website. I have tried to contact them for a refund and now they are not responding to any of my emails. I guess I will just write this one off, just be warned "DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ENGRAVINGIFT.SHOP"

Zero Stars! Can't tell it's coming from China until after you order. Product ordered was gravely misrepresented. Emailed several times and got many excuses. They offered a discount on another purchase at first, and then offered a purchase of the same value. When I insisted on a refund, they simply stopped responding. The person claimed not to have the authority to issue a refund and said they would refer it to their boss for review. Haven't heard anything in more than a month, despite my follow up emails requesting action.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. No where does it say its coming from China until you order and the order confirmation comes in a different langauge. Which wouldn't be a problem if I'd known so I could have made an informed purchase. Then they sent 2 different tracking numbers, neither or which worked, only for my package to arrive today and its not the 40oz tumbler I ordered but instead some cheap costume necklace. No response from the company the entire time and now filing with paypal.

I ordered a 4 person keychain and after receiving an email in Chinese I immediately panicked and started looking at their reviews, which only made me panic more. After using google translate I figured out how to access my order and watched it over the next week. Then I received an email with a tracking number and watched it diligently. It took about 3-4 weeks to receive (they ship out of Yanwen China) but I am absolutely thrilled with the product!!! It’s beautiful, engraved nicely, and the stainless steel is very pretty. Glad I ordered before reading reviews or I probably wouldn’t have. I will likely order again but with the understanding it will take about a month to arrive. Feedback for the company, it would be nice if orders to the US (and other countries not near China) stated it could take up to 3-4 weeks. Also, the email received after the order was placed, it included a place to select “Your Order” but it is in Chinese, it would be nice if those words were in the language of wherever the order was placed from.

ZERO STARS! IM WRITING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT ANYONE ELSE TO GET SCAMMED! This company is a scam, the marketing is shady and misleading, you will not be receiving your item when you think you will.. if you even receive the item at all. The company will not respond to your emails with anything other than a coupon for another purchase. Thank GOD I used PayPal and was able to get a full refund from these scammers!
Expose these people for the fraud they are! If you have Facebook, Twitter, TikTok or any other social media platform, make your friends and family aware!

Wish I could have gone back and sought reviews like I normally do… man I’m upset about my purchase but it’s a hard lesson. This company isn’t worth my time even now to go on an on. So read the other reviews and DO.NOT.BUY.

DO NOT order from this company. It’s a total scam. I didn’t even tap the order button and the order went through, no review order or any other opportunity to back out. They tacked on $5 gift box automatically that I didn’t order. The website said 3-5 days, what a joke. 3-5 months maybe. It hasn’t even left China and it’s been 2 weeks. Christmas is long gone and no Christmas stocking. Learned a hard lesson here but I hope I can keep you from making the same mistake. Don’t consider this company, it’s a scam.

Zero star review!!!! Haven't received my item like all the other hundreds of people! They don't reply to their emialmor chats.Don't use this company! This is theain reason I stopped purchasing internationally,because of the communication and lack of timeliness.

I ordered my gift in Dec 6 and they haven't sent it yet in Dec 22. They wont answer their emails either! I think this is a fraudulent company

I would give you zero stars if it would let me. Still haven’t received my item, you won’t send me tracking number but send me updated shipping info that shows it’s in Orlando on the 16th, it’s been a week and Orlando is one town over so where is it? You don’t answer my emails.

I say 1 star only for the fact that I had a beautiful product delivered.

It would be 0 seeing the product now as they are mass produced and SUBSTANDARD PRODUCTS.

I can only leave this so that others do not fall prey to this company that does not care at all once the product is sold.

Due to personal challenges I have addressed my tarnished bracelet issue in month 7 instead of month 3 when I saw changes happening.

My links are no longer silver but bronze pink in colour and the loop to hold it on has partly unravelled rendering it ineffective so I cannot wear it anymore. On sending in a video and picture to clearly show defects I was advised to purchase it again.

This can only be classified as retailing emotional abuse. As we purchase products for our family members or to remember them always. Deeply saddened but in the world we are in not surprised at all.

I hope on reading this they really do change their standards in business practice. Life is not all about monetary gain.

When I bought the blowup Christmas ornaments, they sent me basically beach balls. These are completely different than what they advertise. There’s no place to put the water. The lights are on the outside that you have to put in, but there is no way to put the lights in other than the air inlet, and that’s not going to happen.

I ordered a braclet for my husband 2 weeks before Father's day. I paid expedited shipping. I just received it today July 5, 2022. The engraving is horrible it its doubled, the bracelet is horrible looking and not even sterling silver like I ordered. Have been in contact with company asking for a refund when I didn't receive it for Father's day and have gotten nothing but excuses and sources.
This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY from them. They are unprofessional and their products are cheap!

I purchased a bracelet for my husband, it said 7-10 business days and that I would get it before father's day. Just received it this week, a week after father's day and it's not in good condition. I know it's not real gold but the color in the middle of the bracelet was faded all thru the bracelet. For almost $80, I expected better quality, not only in the color but also in the weight of the "sterling silver". I would not recommend.

I purchased two bracelets on June 6, for Father’s Day & it said it will be delivered in 7-10 days, however, still haven’t received them & Father’s Day has came & gone. I don’t recommend using this company. Save you trouble time & money & shop with another company that gives you realistic times & respond immediately to your concerns

Canceled order before it was even processed. They asked if I wanted to replace with another item. When I told them no, they told me they would not cancel and would proceed with processing and if I did cancel, there would be a 50% restocking fee. It has not even been processed so why a restocking fee? My advice is DON'T USE this company!!! The worst service ever!!!

I purchased a braclet with the names (10) in the order that I wanted to have them on the braclet. Cost $188AUD.
Finally received my order. My name was engraved crooked, the names were all over the place and you can barely read the names. I wish I could post the photo of it.
Have made several attempts to deal with this company and its just pointless.
Now to go through the ombudsman process and put it down to a bad experience but hopefully this review can save others going through this torture.
