Overall I am satisfy with my purchase. It was delivered at fast pace and able to receive within a same week.

Glass engraved and dispatched promptly. Well packaged and safely delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Order placed on Sunday afternoon and delivered on Thursday. Excellent service, excellent communication via several email updates and very pleased with the appearance of the engraved letters. Very glad I used this company and wish every online firm was run as well as this one.

Not the experience when buying wedding gifts I was hoping for.

DO NOT START PERSONALISING UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY.

If you personalise gifts and don’t make you order….(change your mind) you will be heart broken. Likewise if you personalise gifts and make an order so that you don’t lose your designs you will be unable to cancel. Despite messaging immediately.

I would recommend looking elsewhere!

I ordered a whisky pewter glass for my friends husband as a birthday present. For some reason the delivery didn't go ahead so I had to contact the company to advise of my dissatisfaction.
James emailed me back and sent another one out straight away.
When I opened the box the glass was inside a black velvet bag. The glass is good quality and the stags head and bottom trim is lovely. I also had it engraved.

Even though it was a late birthday present. The receiver loves it. I am very pleased with the whole product and the customer services I received from James.

Really pleased with the item I ordered. I made a mistake when deciding what to have engraved and emailed to ask for it to be changed. This was done without any issue at all and the item arrived before I had even seen the response email. Very impressed with the service and the item. Would definitely order again.

Amazing from purchase to receiving the item! I purchased a memory necklace for ashes to go into the necklace itself it’s absolutely beautiful, the photo in the locket and engraving on the back is perfect! The company and their customer service was outstanding, they communicated with me throughout and ensured we received the necklace back before a birthday, this was well before their time frames so we were truly grateful! Fantastic delivery ordered a pocket watch for my son for his wedding day on the Saturday was worried it wouldn't arrive intime but arrived on Tuesday ! Was kept up to date with where and when would be delivered .Absolutely stunning watch very nice box and very pleased with engraving .

Absolutely fabulous. I ordered an engraved glass for my son in laws 40th birthday. It arrived in good time but unfortunately the royal mail decided to throw it over a locked gate and although the glass survived the box didn't. I emailed engravers guild and they replied very quickly and posted out another box. The customer service is amazing. Thank you

This is a company that I can highly recommend for not only supplying a great product but also for their excellent customer service!
I purchased in April 2025 a set of monogrammed silver cufflinks for a special 21st gift. They arrived in a beautiful presentation box with a personalised gift card (that I happily paid extra for). We were delighted with the cufflinks and engraving, they were much better than we expected or hoped for.
However, I made a typo when ordering the birthday year on the gift card :(. I contacted EGL offering to pay for a replacement card and postage. They generously replaced the gift card and sent the item almost immediately free of charge!. What an absolutely amazing company, thank you EGL
