What a super online company . From the kind worded email of genuine thanks for buying along with the story of the founder , to the lovely presented fob watch . Engraved beautifully . Even the inside of the brown packing that it was posted in , could be reversed to make a super London skyline picture enveloping the whole box ! What a clever idea and I only just noticed before I recycled it . Thankyou . I shall keep your website handy for further purchases .

There had been a mistake with the engraving on a flask, the clamp must have marked the hipflask we had engraved as an 18th Birthday present. No quibble, they sent another in time for the birthday it was intended for and they were so keen to hit the deadline thy actually sent two additional. I called to let them know two replacements had arrived and it was not even considered a problem, not to worry. So the customer service is there even if something does go wrong, sometimes you have a degree of trepidation about contacting customer service because you more often than not these days seem to get a battle. Not so with Engravers Guild they were a pleasure to deal with and saw the bigger picture. Use them with confidence.

Unbelievable experience with a little hitch and immediately rectified. 1000% recommend these guys perfect customer service. The fob watch personalized that I ordered is absolutely beautiful and can’t wait to give it as a gift.

This company go above and beyond with their customer service ,received a beautifully personalised necklace for my daughter .Delivery was prompt and I would highly recommend them .

I ordered 5 pairs of cuff links and could not be happier with the product. I requested next day delivery - it didn’t arrive and when I contacted them, the customer service team were straight on it - my order was stuck in the system so they refunded 1 pair plus postage and shipped out straight away for the following day. When it arrived I was delighted with what I received. Beautiful presentation cases containing personalised cards and the cuff link box within - they look incredible. So we did have a hiccough with our order but it was dealt with quickly and the order exceed expectations- I couldn’t ask for better. Well done EG - I’ll be recommending everyone I know to buy from you!

Extremely satisfied with Engravers Guild of London. I ordered a watch with engraving for my daughter's birthday with delivery expected within 48 hours (excluding Sunday or bank holiday ordering dates). Ordered the watch on the Sunday evening expecting it to arrive by at least Wednesday, but received it midday on Tuesday. Brilliant service, beautiful item and lovely engraving. Highly recommend. Absolutely nothing negative to say at all.

Update:- I have received email regarding my issue and all I can say is this company know how to deal with customer complaints. They have apologised for the inconvenience and compensated me they also sent a detailed email on how they have dealt with my complaint and measures put in place going forward so this does not happen again. If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered a personalised engraved glass for my husband for our anniversary I was told 5 days after I placed my order that the glass was out of stock this left me no time to find another present as it was now to close to the date I needed the present for thanks engravers guild for leaving me with no present for my husband in our anniversary appalling customer service do not use this company you will be left disappointed

Best customer service ever.
I ordered an engraved pocket watch as a gift. It was dispatched very quickly via DPD which is where my problems started. It was meant to be delivered on Tuesday but never arrived. I emailed Engravers Guild and received a very quick response from Gilda to say there had been an issue and it would be delivered on Wednesday. We were home all day but at 10 pm I received a notification from DPD to say my parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t. Found DPD not too helpful. I rang Engravers Guild on Thursday morning and spoke to Elliot who was so apologetic. He told me that they would engrave another watch and I would receive it the following day. He said I may end up with 2 (if DPD ever find the lost one) but said they would rather me have 2 than none.
Sure enough, this morning I received the watch as promised. It is absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased but just as pleased with the customer service from this 5 star company.

Ordered two watches, both engraved. One watch had the last line missing, entirely my mistake not theirs. I contacted the customer service dept and they not only paid for the return of the watch, they added the last line and sent the watch back to me at no charge. This level of service is very rare these days and my thanks go to Engravers Guild.

The customer service was amazing. The name I wanted engraved has 9 letters and the max was 8. I emailed and they arranged this within a couple of hours. I then wanted to be sure the gifts would arrive on time for us to take them with us and within 48 hrs of ordering they were delivered. They were exactly what we ordered and the service was second to none. Even better everyone loved their gifts and they looked amazing.

Purchased a silver heart engraved necklace with a sapphire to depict her September birth. for my friends 10th birthday. It has arrived today. Delivery fast and oh what a beautiful necklace. The packaging and the gift card is fab. I had made a spelling mistake in the gift card wording on the order and they happily amended it for me. Their communication and customer service is spot on. Thankyou Engravers Guild, I know my friend will be truly delighted with it. One very happy customer.

I ordered a crystal glass with engraving. It arrived in good time and the quality of the workmanship was faultless. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I never write reviews for anything but my order was delivered 5 minutes ago and I am so impressed I had to write one. First of all I placed the order, then emailed customer services to make sure I had used the correct delivery option to get it in time. I got a reply within half an hour confirming it would, and that they would mark it as priority to make sure. It has arrived today, a day earlier than promised and the items are fantastic quality and packaged beautifully. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered a nurses watch for my daughter who has just qualified as a nurse. Ordered on Wednesday night arrived Friday morning. Absolutely lovely and packaged beautifully. Firstly, I don't normally give reviews (neither good, nor bad). However, this deserves a review. Not only was it delivered way ahead of time (2 days as opposed to 3-5), the quality is absolutely stunning. The pocket watch not only has the weight and feel of something much more expensive, it looks fantastic, is delivered carefully packed in a lovely presentation case and exterior box, and the engraving is superb. Small detail also, but the outer brown cardboard delivery packet is reverse printed with a city-scape of London! - nice touch Engraver's Guild!! What's not to like? BUY ONE!

Really lovely engraved cuff links, well presented in a high quality box. Easy to use website, great communication and very fast delivery. Will make the perfect graduation gift for my son thank you.
