The answer is when your order from England Rugby. Paid for next day delivery expecting next day, but seemingly it’s the next day from whenever it leaves their warehouse ! So my order will take up 5 days start to finish ! Should have ordered from Sports Directs who say next day and mean it ! Wont make the mistake again !

Update. Still no goods, showing as being processed on order. PayPal dispute now opened. Utterly disgraceful.

Placed an order and paid for next business day delivery. Items haven't arrived several business days later. Chat system has no agents available. Phone system is awful and says my wait time is 30 seconds, but I gave up after 20 minutes.

Order anywhere else.

This company cannot be contacted. Despite ordering from them they provide no email, no phone number and the chat on their website simply disconnects saying no one is available.

A rubbish service staffed by clueless no hopers. How the RFU is still associated with this shambles is a mystery.

The refund policy is terrible. They take weeks to acknowledge receipt of the return goods. Take weeks to process the refund and then when they say the refund is processed it can take 'up to 7 days' to receive it. Im on day 8 and still no money. Nearly a month after the initial delivery to me. I think they are hoping I won't notice or chase for the money. Is the RFU aware that their shop is so poor. I suggest you give up or get someone else to operate your store. At best the ERFU look incompetant and at worst like crooks.

Do not use this company! I ordered a shirt but it did not turn up (the order was processing for a week). There was no way to cancel online and the chatbot was useless, so I tried to phone. The first time the automated voice said the wait would be 30 seconds but I gave up after 20 minutes. The second time was later in the day and, despite being told again 30 seconds, I gave up again after 20 minutes. They don’t answer emails so I will be cancelling via Paypal.

I am a life long rugby fan and after my most recent experience with ERS will never use them again. My wife purchased an over priced Rugby World Cup polo shirt for £45 and had to pay £5.95 shipping and £.99 handling on top, for my birthday. I am a ‘easy’ XXL fit, as I like to be comfortable, the polo was a very tight fit and looked awful, I had no choice but to return it. I used their Returns Portal only to find out that I had to pay an extra £5.90 to return, it even though the fault was not mine. Total additions = 29%, on top of an already ridiculous price.
Are the RFU actively sponsoring the cost of living crisis?

Absolutely appalling service

I've been trying since 16th February - it is now 4th March - to receive a jacket I bought. Twice I was told it had been despatched but Evri couldn't find my address and it was returned to England Rugby store. I know Evri are useless but at the same time I had a parcel from another supplier delivered by Evri.

I emailed ERS 8 times, tried to use their digital 'assistant' 3 times - it is useless and doesn't recognise it's own suggested keywords', and spoke to them 4 times. Each time I spoke to people who could barely speak English, each time they apologised profusely and said they'd sort it out, and each time they failed.
England Rugby Store is without doubt, and by some considerable measure, the most incompetent retailer I've encountered anywhere in the world.

Avoid England Rugby Store at all costs.

england were total crap for the last 3 games.why keep kicking the ball back to the opposition,RUN IT, thats what rugby is all about.look at rugby league. the whole England set up needs to changed.why is Dan Cole still being selected?? he never does anything .

Awful.... Should've learnt my lesson from the fist time I ordered!
Placed an order with them and because they use the worst delivery company there is (Evri) my order was not delivered. Advised over web chat that I need to wait 48hr's while they contact Evri. After 48hrs and still nothing I then had another webchat to be told I need to wait another 48hr's!! Finally I was told the parcel was lost and i was allowed a refund which i'm waiting for now.
I ordered from them between xmas and new year and had exactly the same experience but put it down to them being busy but clearly not the case. DO NOT USE them

I am normally the type of person to read reviews of websites/businesses before using them but, this time i did not and i wish i did.
Order was delayed and did not arrive on the given date (was still in processing on this date). Was lied to multiple times on Webchat and over the phone.
Was told i could cancel but now my order is saying dispatched and i am now being told that i cannot refund this order as it has a perosnal print on the shirt.
EASILY the worst customer service i have ever seen. Will actively tell people to avoid this horrible company/website.

Paid £100 for a 3/4 length padded rugby coat in Nov 2022. Only worn for rugby matches last season & a handful of games this season. The lining has come apart badly on both inside seams. Would've expected far better quality for the price. Beware of purchasing from England rugby store, their wear & tear policy is 6 months regardless. Customer service non existent. Should've gone to Primark!

Wow, I wish I'd read these reviews before I stupidly ordered a new England Rugby top from them !
I normally wear a size XL, but after reading reviews (that the tops come out small) I ordered a 3XL. Even this was far too tight for me !! Never had a fit sizing is issue when they were manufactured by Canterbury.
So, I went into the returns process only to be quoted £7.15 to return the top. Disgusting and way over the top !!
Won't be purchasing from this disgusting website again !!

What an awful rip off. RFU need to move away from this ripoff outfit ‘Fanatics’. Sizing on a hoodie purchased was unusually small so returned for larger size. Quality was not representative of the price so returned for 2nd refund.
Eye watering p&p costs!!! (Wouldn’t accept return for refund at Twickenham shop) £5:50 postage each time and £7:15 to return each time. Extremely long return/refund time and finally refunded items costs. So £25:30!!! Out of pocket, will not use again

Again. We would give a zero star review. Don’t know who is now running this company but The official England Rugby should now get involved.
A training top was ordered as a Christmas present. The quality was poor and the fit was not as expected.
The top was returned which was not an easy process to follow on the site. It also cost £7.15 to return. The top was received by the store. But to date, no refund has been given. Having waited over three weeks and a couple of phone calls with conflicting excuses being given, I was asked to send a photo of the postage return slip, before they would process a refund. This is after they had confirmed that they had received the top. What is going on with this company? We will never order again. Totally incompetent!

If I could give zero I would. My daughter bought herself a replica England shirt in advance of the Autumn Internationals, this arrived with frayed stitching. After several emails back to "customer service" they sent a replacement which finally arrived in mid-December. The replacement shirt had the personalised number printed upside down! I will repeat that the number on the back of the shirt was printed upside down! Several more emails,many automated responses, and several requests for pictures, despite pictures being submitted on numerous occasions. She is still waiting for the 3rd attempt at receiving her replica shirt, I seriously doubt it will be in time for the 6 Nations, but maybe she will have it for the Summer Tours or the next World Cup! Shocking performance for something so expensive. RFU needs to sort this out.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered an England jersey with name and number to be printed on it. The number was not printed so I returned it over two weeks ago. No refund and no meaningful response.

I cannot believe this website is allowed to use the england rugby brand. Its basically a scam. I received the products but they were terribly poor quality so i sent them back at a cost of nearly £8 and never recieved a refund. Kept getting nonsense emails about where my return package was and to allow so many days for refund. Absolute joke do not fall for it. Looks a professional website but it is not

*Update 13/01/23. I received an email from ReBound, their chosen returns company, on 30th December telling me my item has been received by the retailer. On 10th January, I received a further email telling me the item is in transit to the retailer. I've contacted ReBound for an update - they won't enter into a discussion with me, told me to contact the Rugby Store. I can see I'm going to have a battle getting my money back!

Like everyone else it would seem, I'm not overly impressed with this store. You'd think they'd look at the poor reviews and do something about it.

Ordered 2 tops for Christmas, a polo shirt and a hoodie, both size XL. The polo shirt is 'snug' but my husband can get by with it. The hoodie was disproportionately large and had a weird cowl neck type hood which isn't clear from the photo. This item has been returned. Here lies the problem - only one option for returning the item, at a cost of £7.15! This is massively overpriced as far as I'm concerned. I wish I'd looked into the returns process before I'd bought from them, it will certainly make me think twice about ordering from them ever again.

I'll wait and see how long it takes them to refund the cost of the hoodie, they quote 14 days.
