Every update they keep all their paying customers offline for 2-4 weeks giving no information at all as to when it will be back online and they use the same old excuse “need to make sure it’s undetected and we have the right code structure” 🤣🤣🤣
They’re Russians too, EOs Source Code has been published on Pastebin and GitHub already, decompiled and all users key tokens are visible.

Unusable Software and Unfair Refund Policy – Beware!
I was curious and I purchased the software (shame on me!) but it has been unavailable due to ongoing updates for weeks. Unfortunately, when I requested a refund—since I never had the chance to use the tool—I was told that refunds were not possible. This seems highly unfair and possibly even against consumer rights. I would caution others to be aware of this before making a purchase.

I just switched to pc from ps5
I just switched to pc from ps5. A few online friends hooked me up with EO and I love it. Good prices and pretty decent bundles compared to some of their competitors. The program has been updating for 4 days now which is frustrating but understandable and I’m hoping eventually it’ll get sorted out. Based on some of the replies Its virtually impossible to predict as to when it’ll fire up again. So I sit and wait. I also just purchased another 30 day bundle which I’m hoping will be paused for the duration of the fix? Please continue to stay in business guys!

easily the worst cheat provider out there
multiple detections in less than a month with all accounts getting perm banned, no built in spoofer so when ur banned u have to pay them extra money if u wanna play ever again. horrible egotistical support that dont care about anything except money. when my account got banned i went to let out fustration on there forums and say how bad they are at security and ask for compensation for my banned acti accs they banned my engine owning account with an active subscription of 20 days on it and scammed me

We truly understand your frustration about the detection, and you have every right to let out your frustration, but it does not give you the right to straight up insult our staff members. It's nothing related to having a big ego, we just expect the same respect that you expect from us as well.
We have offered you to unban your account after 3 day and extend your sub for the lost time, but you kept creating new accounts to try to evade the ban.
There will always be a risk of getting banned when cheating, either by the cheat getting detected or by other factors like reports, unrealistic statistics etc. This applies to every cheat provider and game with an active anti-cheat. This is something we have always communicated openly.
There is no cheat provider that will claim responsibility for banned accounts. In fact, a lot of providers lie about detections, delete ban reports by users and offer no kind of compensation at all.
Making a lot of money as fast as possible is not our priority, we want long term relationships with happy customers. Otherwise, we wouldn't be active for almost 10 years as well as offering free products, compensations and a lot of goodwill in support tickets when users ask us for something in a kind way.
We have added a 10-day compensation for the cheat and 1 month free access to the spoofer for all users affected by the detection.
We have unbanned your account but kept it forum muted for now.
I would really like to resolve this in a way that will make both of us happy. If you are interested, just open a support ticket on the forum (ask for the moderator that banned you).
