Fraudulent subscription – no cancellation, no response
I have been charged 30 USD every month since April 2025 by Bright Mobile Apps (also called “Bright Learn Fast”), without my consent and with no way to cancel the subscription.
There is no cancellation option in the app, no account page, and the company does not respond to any emails. I tried to contact them multiple times with no success. The charges are processed via Stripe and continue without authorization.
This app uses deceptive and abusive billing practices, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I have reported the company to my bank, Stripe, and consumer protection agencies in Germany.
Avoid this app at all costs.
