I was placed in a difficult situation when my mortgage was pull at the 11th hour. Stacey at Engage stepped in and at 9 pm that day I had 3 offers in place. All the offers were all within my budget and after selection one i had another mortgage in place, within 3 days. Stacey worked tireless and in a very professional manner that filled me with confidence after being let down by the another lender. Stacey kept me informed at each stage of the application and worked with both my estate agent and solicitor to get the move done.

Getting a mortgage at the moment is an absolute minefield but Stacey made it as easy and accessible as possible. She secured us an unbelievable rate in the current market and allowed us to feel financially secure for the next 5 years. We bought our first home this year and had no idea about where to start with a mortgage let alone all the various options available.

Really happy with the advice and help I got from Engage Financial Solutions. I own a shared ownership property and have been hit hard recently with all the interest rate hikes as I am on a low lifetime tracker and have been for years. I got in touch with the company to look at potential re-mortgaging options and Stacey couldn't have been more helpful. She went through the process really quickly and easily, took a few details and then went away to look at all my options. I have been given a number of alternative options, which I am currently taking the time to consider. We agreed that it would be best to ride out the next few months and see where the interest rates go before making a decision, but I am very happy that I at least know what's out there.
