The best agency- ever!

Laura and Amber have been absolute gems throughout my journey.

Laura is a credit to the organisation and provided an incredible amount of support and positivity whilst finding me suitable roles.

My experience with Engage Education so far has honestly been a pleasure. I have a lovely consultant Laura Dunne who is always so helpful and easy to reach out to. It’s coming up-to nearly a year since I had my first shift and I must say it’s always been a positive experience. I’ve learnt so much and gained so many new skills and I’ve also developed a genuine passion for working in schools and helping children’s development :)

My experience with Engage has been fantastic. I got am excellent agent Bethany who provided me support and guidance throughout and helped me in securing long term teaching position. She constantly assured me about the availability of jobs in the market and also ensured that i should feel comfortable in my work place. I truly believe that things would have been challenging for me without her guidance. Thanks a lot Beth!

I had a fantastic experience with Engage Education through amazing consultant Bethany Johnson. She provided me with a fantastic teaching opportunity within just 10 days when I was worried to find a job in the month of June. She guided me through every step of the process, like interview preparation and lesson planning, giving me the confidence to succeed. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a teaching job.

Have worked through engage for a few years to support my creative work and can say they’re amazing, incredibly flexible, reliable, great communication, pay well and always there to support you should you need it! Definitely recommend for any creatives needing extra work to fit around their pursuits.

The company was amazing with getting me back into work and a role that I love! A special shout out to Chris who was my agent he was really supportive and always keeping me updated thanks to him I secured a permanent role with a school that I did a temporary placement with. Grace lampard has been exceptional! She assisted me all through the registration process and job acquisition. I have worked in several schools and currently settled in one thanks to her help. Grace ensured my best interest is at heart and supported me. Glad to be with it engage education.

Very Disappointing. Lots of Promises but no work. And I don't like being used to make up the numbers in a School Interview Process.

To be fair - this agency have been ok in finding work. But... I don't think they always have your best interest at heart. I was promised a role to start in January so I ended my contract with the role I was in (through a different) agency. Today - the Friday before a two week Christmas break, a message saying the school had pulled out (although the contract had been sent to me, confirming to start on 6th January). Please be warned - this has ruined Christmas for me a little bit.

Megan was fantastic and didn’t waste time finding me roles that suited me. She listened to my requirements and checked in frequently throughout the whole process. Because of Megan’s support and research, I secured a job interview for my ideal role, which resulted in a job offer! I can’t thank her enough, she has made this process much easier.

Very disappointed with this agency. I wanted to find a part-time job around my area.
After a long process of registering, reference checks, documents etc. I paid for Enhanced DBS Certificate which is apparently no longer valid as Engage Education failed to provide me with a job and they did not bother at least mentioning an update service for my certificate, so now I have to pay for another one.
Initially they kept bombarding me with jobs 20-30 miles away from me. Then they just stopped. I sent a few emails to them and there was no response.
Make sure you update your Enhanced DBS Certificate otherwise you will just waste your money.

P.S Despite contacting Engage Education Customer Care Team as they kindly suggested here, I did contact them, but they never found any solution and just ignored my email. No refund, no job, no contact. They post they comments here just to make them look better. Do not have any hope for any help.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Grace Lampard. Not only did she help me find a great long-term placement, but she was also there to ensure everything went smoothly and to instantly answer any questions I had. Her check-in messages made all the difference. Thank you so much!

Got head hunted by a consultant who just browsed CV Library. By the time I signed up and submitted all the documents, the original consultant was already out of the job and my case has been handled ineptly by two or three other people. All of the effort, interview and sign up for no employment. Absolute shambles and waste of time. Avoid agencies at all cost as they don’t care unless they think they can make easy commission. Avoid this particular agency in particular as the discrepancy between Google reviews and actual reviews on Glassdoor is a telltale sign they don’t necessarily do a good job.

I recently rejoined this company to look for supply work now that I have graduated. My consultant is Lauren Ball, she is super helpful, friendly and kind. She always makes sure there is work available for me and is constantly communicating me very well. Thank you for being a great consultant Lauren! x

Serious people to work with. Grace found me a long-term contract in school in a role that I wanted and she made sure that I had a job immediately after my registration with Engage Education. Grace always keeps in touch and updates me on what is happening at my workplace. She replies to messages straight away whenever I send her a message. I recommend Engage Education to anyone who likes to work with serious organisations.
