Daniel was very efficient and the lines of communication were great advising me of what he needed access to and next steps. His prices were competitive compared to other quotes I had received.

He arrived on time, did a thorough review of the property and advised and certificate was lodged within 36 hours of his visit.

He emailed me quickly after the site passed on my details but didn't call me incessantly like one of the other local providers. I was able to book an appointment quickly, he conducted the check efficiently and provided the certificate the same day.
