Awesome and reliable experience

I had a really pleasant experience with Energy Mall. Their customer service team is responsive, polite, and genuinely interested in helping customers find what they need. From making inquiries to getting my order delivered, everything was handled smoothly. I especially appreciate how their staff follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction , that level of care is rare these days. Energy Mall has definitely set a good standard for reliability and customer support, and I’ll gladly recommend them to others.

The seamless delivery they provided when I ordered for inverter batteries at my new home and how professional their engineers were gave me the satisfaction I needed.

They sold me a defective battery and have refused to replace it. Reported them to the regulator, FCCPC, who sent a registered letter to their address in Lekki. Lo and behold, energymall does not exist at that address. Terrible company and I will dedicate 10 minutes everyday to call them out online for their bad business practices

Bought a 3.5w inverter with 4 tubular batteries and 6 panels. I then discovered that the battery is not the longest lasting. A few days ago, the charge controller went bad and now needs replacing. Let's even imagine that this was the fault of the installer.

After paying 90k for "accessories" as far back as March/April 2024, Energy Mall NG sent me solar panel rails that cannot properly hold one side of the panels, talk more of both sides. The cable was too short and I had to buy extra cable.

Like that was not bad enough, the technical respondent called me to insult/threaten me because he knew I could not record a WhatsApp voice call. These people are better off running a ponzi scheme than deceiving themselves that they're running an actual business.

Don't believe those stupid 4-5 star reviews that they paid people to write. I'm sure most of their victims (customers) haven't found this page. Else, Energy Mall would only have zero stars.

I got a C-worth inverter from them. The after sales follow up was great and delivery timing was good too.

Placed an order but got scared because of some negative reviews online that I stumbled on that got me worried before my waybill reciept was sent to me. Found out that the delay in delivery was from the Logistics company they used and when I went for the collection after 9 days, I was made to pay to collect my order and I informed their contact person, the same woman's voice I dealt with, and I was refunded my delivery money just a day after and fully. The products supplied are of good quality, the GBM Deep cycle battery is superb, and the solar panels looks clean and we'll packaged. I won't mind dealing with the company again but they need to improve on their Order Tracking so that one can know that stage that the order is in the course of a transaction. Got my order and refund finally. Agoha, Uchenna (Umuahia).
