Efficient service, polite workers, could have been tidier, but have to say it was a tricky job for them with panels so far from the house.

Great service for when discussing and arranging purchase and installing. Engineers for installation brilliant quick and clean. Mine was installed a day earlier as they finished another job earlier than expected. However their after sales customer service is very bad. I sent an email a few days after installation with questions regarding grants and selling back to the grid. Only answered half what I asked, then I sent another email asking about the rest and another question on the back of the response I got, no rely. a month later and two following up emails plus request by website form and still no reply. Very bad customer service. The amount of money customers pay they could at least answer our queries.

Everything had been explained in detail to me when starting the job in my house .
When I asked questions I got good advice and tips . Staff was very friendly and polite .And the job was done at time with no problem.

The initial contact was very helpful and informative. We did not feel pressurised. The installation was very efficient and all the follow up was very well done. We are delighted with the project and would not hesitate to recommend the Energy Centre.

Sales man was misleading in relation to getting other people to sign up
Engineer did not measure roof properly and fitters had to re position
Engineer should have recommended putting battery else where as attic is much to tight
The sign on gate said paid for by utility provider . This is misleading as I paid for them

Very impressed with all the team.Cormac came to us first.He explained everything answered allour questions.He was a thorough gentleman and a pleasure to deal with,even assisted us in applying for grant.We picked a date and the installers and electrician arrived on time.It only took them 5 hours very impressed.Paul explained the procedure and helped John with the app.At no time did we feel rushed or under obligation to purchase. We would highly recommend Energy Centre ie based on our experience. John & Nancy.

I gave 5 stars because Energy Centre were very efficient They arrived on time were friendly and polite and all worked hard They cleaned up afterwards having done a very neat job They also consulted with us re placement of cable etc The electrician who came next day to connect to fuse board and set us up with app was very friendly and helpful

Quick and efficient installation

The initial consultation was very clear and well explained, all questions answered in a friendly and courteous manner. The Centre have been exceptionally helpful in all aspects, dates and times of appointments, follow up actions etc. The installers arrived 2 days early! They were highly efficient, completed in just over 3 hours with the electricians following on as arranged and final connection in 2 hours. Again, everything explained fully, paperwork completed and even the Centre's app applied to our mobiles for us. Could not have been better.

All staff that dealt with us were friendly, helpful, courteous and also knowledgeable about the product.... The whole experience was quick and easy, we didn't have to do anything, you'd never know there was any work carried out on the house 🙂
