Not worth the money
We booked an audit with Energy Audits UK, run by Gordon Wellings and Mike Taylor in the belief that independent and expert advice would help us decide how best to improve our property's engery efficiency. Communication ahead of booking it had been slow and we should have taken that as a sign. When we got our report back, they promised a call to talk through anything we needed explaining. This call never materialised and then they said 'the project was closed' and the best thing to do would be to use our own thermal camera to identify improvements - not really the advice we paid so much money for. The report itself had errors in it - what seemingly appeared to be things left in from a previous client's report, with little care or attention to detail. Poor customer service, poor report. Pretty much poor everything. In our expereince, not worth paying for at all let alone the amount charged.
