What a brilliant company, they arrived on time very polite clean, and kept me informed on what they were doing, they cleaned up after themselves, I had a small problem after the installation, no problem the head engineer came out and fixed the problem, even thou it was not caused by them, 100 persent rating.

Energy Haven don’t look any further I just had new central heating and under floor work done . From Taz on reception to Louis on customer care to Tommy what an amazeing team clean friendly professional and always PROMT .💯💯 per cent reccomened them to anybody only in Bolton Haven Energy are the company to use

It has been about 5-6 weeks since i first got in touch with Farook and Taz. Taz has been extremely helpful and we have completed the full boiler and central hearing system in the house today. Tomy the engineer was very helpful made follow up calls, sent designs etc
. we discussed where we wanted radiators and the boiler and took everything on board. It took Andy and Ian 2 days to finish the full job which was excellent and very decent lads. We wanted an extra radiator once the job was nearly coming to an end and they also agreed to that and took time out. Cant complement Energyi haven enough after being messed about by someone else in regards to an energy grant for 7-8 months. The boys completed the job in a month.

We were pleased with the speed and efficiency with which the work was carried out. When there was a small problem with the insulation it was quickly rectified. We had an issue with the Nest equipment a couple of weeks after it was installed, but once it was established that the equipment was faulty and we had received a replacement from Google, EnergiHaven promptly sent out an Electrician to install it.
Overall we were very pleased with the service we received.

OK so you look a round and find a to good to be true offer of a full central heating system.. you think this can't be real? Energihaven came to do the checks with 24 hours to see if we qualify and to look at what was involved. Once the survey was done (by a very polite and knowledgeable person I might add) they contacted me the same day to let me know that they could install the boiler the very same week!!!! So with 7 days I had my loft insulation and a full central heating system fitted for less than the cost of purchasing a boiler on it own that is something you just cannot beat along with fantastic customer service and all being completed very quickly and no fuss. I was very concerned having just having new fully renovated the house and fitted new carpets just 1 week before, once they had installed it was all put back you would not be able to tell it had been up and there wasn't a mark or damage anywhere. The installer even hoovered up and took away all the rubbish. I am truly thankfull for the service that I received it was faultless and I highly recommend Energihaven.

Excellent service, left everything neat and tidy. Just waiting for them to get back to me about a small leak.

We live in Merseyside, had a Worcester boiler and ideal water cylinder tank fitted in May. very pleased with the whole process from initial survey thanks to Tommy, and the very professional engineers who completed both boiler and cylinder tank installations in one day removing and taking away all the rubbish. followed up with both Gas and
Electric safety certificates.
thanks to Lois and the rest of the admin staff who where all very helpful. we would highly recommend
this company for there help and professionalism.
