Replaced a faulty water heater the next day. Arrived on time and completed the job within a couple of hours with all rubbish removed. Engineers very polite and explained everything before leaving .

Had a new system fitted last August, reviewed separately. I noticed recently that my batteries weren't discharging properly overnight. I messaged ENERA who got straight back to me explaining they would attempt a remote software update. Next day I received a message telling me this had failed, this was a Saturday! They asked if they could visit my house on the Tuesday to conduct an onsite software update. Bang on time on the Tuesday they turned up, checked my system and updated the software. System is now running perfect. ENERAs after sales care is first class. If you are considering a new solar purchase or an upgrade give them a call, absolutely brilliant. 👏👏👏

Grandes profesionales el personal de Enera, el equipo formado por Max, Alexander, Vitaly y Valéry......reubicaron placas solares para añadir varias más al sistema fotovoltaico ......muy buen trabajo y muy buena fijación de las estructuras al tejado con mínimo impacto en el tejado y máxima sujeción.
Grandes profesionales y grandes personas con ganas de trabajar.
Los recomiendo sin duda.

Een paar maand geleden werden er zonnepanelen geplaats door ENERA bij één van mijn buren ...
Die was zo tevreden dat ik als Belgisch aannemer op rust de gehele installatie vooraf ging bekijken.
Toen ik een offerte aanvraagde, had ik deze reeds een paar uur later !!! Offerte en datum van uitvoering worden stipt nageleefd. Alsook wordt door ENERA de nodige vergunningen etc geregeld. Het team is vriendelijk en professioneel.
Het was niet evident, een deel van de bedrading in een bestaande (smalle) buis naar de zekeringkast te brengen, doch het is die mannen gelukt zodat er geen kabelgoot op de muur diende geplaatst te worden.
De gehele werkplek werd netjes gepoetst achtergelaten
zoals mijn buurman kan ook ik het team van ENERA ten zeerst AANBEVELEN !!! Doe zo verder ...

Max and his team have completed several installations for us including a full photovoltaic system with battery backups, a solar water heating system and extras solar panels to take our house to self sufficient, and we have always found them to be great value and superb service. The after care has been second to non and we will happily have more solar heating for our swimming pool fitted early next year.
We have had our systems installed and expanded over several years but this is the first review hence the date.

• Качество оборудования и работ: Панели N-Type TOPcon Tensite и оборудование от специализированной и известной компании Growatt — высокая эффективность и надежность. Монтаж выполнен отлично, чисто, без мусора, все элементы скрыты.
• Профессионализм команды: Мастера — квалифицированные специалисты, готовые ответить на любые вопросы простым языком. Командная работа на высоте: Все этапы координированы, технические и организационные вопросы решались очень оперативно.
• Соотношение цены и качества: За разумные вложения получил систему с 12- летней гарантией и бесплатным мониторингом. Уже вижу экономию.
Минусы: Нет. Полностью доволен и рекомендую ENERA как надежного партнера.

Quick and professional service. All according the quote. The electricians were very polite and thoughtful. Sergei arranged the quote and paperwork at lightning speed. I would therefore highly recommend Enera to anyone.

We are very pleased with Enera Solar Panels. We wanted them in a special way some on an Aluminum pergola and some on the roof terrace so it required innovative thinking and delivering quality. They did all that! I truly recommend them.
