I really and truly love this product. Migrating from Convertkit is too expensive for a small consulting business to grow my list. Encharge is a delight to use and blazingly fast with triggered email delivery and use of the interface, especially the flow designer.

For my business, the biggest pro of Encharge is how easily it integrates with a variety of the essential tools we use every day, and helps us get far more out of those tools. As an example, we'd been having trouble with a client's Mailchimp account. Creating email sequences and segments was proving troublesome due to the client's very specific needs, and we commonly wasted hours every month on getting Mailchimp to send out emails to the client's database in the way that we needed it to. However, by integrating Mailchimp with Encharge we were able to configure and schedule the mailshots in a matter of minutes. This has saved us SO much time which can be put to far better use!

Where other similar email marketing programs have difficult, clunky automation setups and processes, Encharge makes things much simpler and more intuitive without losing functionality. Even in their early stages, the prebuilt Flows and ideas they have built in are great starting points, and you can do quite a bit more with it if you're up for building your own custom Flows.

Encharge is as easy to use as the better email marketing services out there, and is far better than the low-mid level services they're competing with, especially when it comes to automation and creating flows. Everything is intuitive and simple, and I look forward to the product growing over time as they've done everything right so far, and I'm excited to see what they can do next.

As it's a newer product still, there are some basics that are missing. For instance, they don't have any of their own forms yet. So you'll either need to build them yourself, use one of their many third-party plugin options, or find some other work around. They're on the roadmap, but have no ETA yet.

All in all, they've helped me jump into automated email marketing compared to it being a manual effort, which is more than enough for me. But to make something this daunting such an easy process has me excited to see where they go from here as they build things out even more.

The interface is very clean. Creating nurturing flows had a visual editor. And it integrated with my chatbot software as well. I am glad to be on board and I am looking forward to more enhancements to their software. As they grow, my business grows as well!

Encharge is great. I have used many similar marketing tools and this is one of the easiest to us. The Contacts, Flows, and Broadcasts are all organized the same way, making it so easy to interact with. It is easy to import contacts and the integrations with other apps is wonderful. I definitely recommend them and am looking forward to seeing more of their integrations. While it is simple to use, it is also powerful and the automation builder allows you to do just about everything you need.
I am moving over from Active Campaign, and and it was easy to move everything.

I like this tool because it allows me to send transactional data between products without being a developer or needing a third-party tool like Zapier. With this software, I can connect it to other marketing tools that I use to serve my clients and they share information about my users' behavior (or lack thereof), allowing me to trigger personalized and timely email communications with my clients.

When you sign up, take advantage of the onboarding emails, articles, and videos they provide to make it easy to get started with their service.

The platform is really easy to use. You upload your contacts, design your email and send.

The sending is really fast compared to other platforms, so if you schedule emails, they will arrive at a time very close to the scheduled time.

The best thing about this platform are the flows that you can make from the emails you send. You can connect with your website and track user behavior. You can also connect with HubSpot to send the contacts created to the CRM. You can also connect it with Facebook and send emails to the generated leads.

A very good platform with good integrations that allow you to do some content marketing in a very easy way

Encharge is a delight to use and blazingly fast with triggered email delivery (time to receive and email from when it's triggered in Encharge). The interface, especially the flow designer, is also a delight to use.

The Flow designer is a canvas where you can place related and separate flows making it quite easy to create sophisticated interactions, tagging, segmentation, lead scoring and email delivery, as well as other actions for the individual contacts (they're called People in Encharge). You can zoom in and out of the flow designer, and did I say it's blazingly fast.

There's also the Liquid language which allows you to create dynamic email content such performing calculations based on specific user data, and other data such as time, and the result can show appropriate conditional content. If you are used to programming and/or have used previous automation marketing apps with the ability to show dynamic/conditional content then you should be able to refer to the documentation and quickly start creating dynamic personalised content in your emails in Encharge.

Then there's the website tracking feature which allows you to see how people interact with your website or application and for you to tag them and create customized segmentation and engaging communications. This was one of the main reasons I initially went with Encharge.

There are no lists however with Segments you can create your own (e.g. "Subscribed 1" contains all People with Tag "used.form1.to.subscribe).

One negative experience you may have is that Encharge does not have a form builder for users to submit their details (at the time of writing this review). Though it's planned.

Another requirement is for detailed statistics. If you are used to detailed statistics in your existing marketing automation tool then you may be disappointed.

I have been jumping from a software to another, and I decided to try enchange,to see how it works and the truth is that I was surprised.

i didn't think it would fit all my needs

automation at god level you can see wich person is in wich stage of the funnel

the ability to create highly customizable and advanced workflows and flows can be as simple or as complex as you want them to be.

Their templates do more than half the job for you.

more integrations would make my life even more easier

overall the experience was very good i highly recommend if you want to automate email marketing for your funnel and focus geting other things done

I love the ease and flexibility of use of all its functions. What I love the most is that the way their UX is organized, it wasn't even what I had imagined it needed, and it's exactly what is most useful to me. When you try it you will know what I tell you. In short, it is the best platform on the market.

Overall, after using all of a week, I think that this is an excellent start to what will probably be an exceptional product. Many great features are already included and according to the roadmap many more will be added in the near future. I think that I may be able to stop looking for a more feature rich offering for the price.

I've been using ActiveCampaign for a while now, but have been searching for an alternative with better features and UI. Encharge is a product that is built well and has an intuitive and clean UI. The templates they have for flows are awesome and the email text is pre-filled and acts as a great springboard if you find yourself short of time. This is not only a mail-sending-system, it's a service for designing a whole "customer-journey" with different branches and also adjusting lots of external data and so on. The system is easy to follow. The look and interface is spacious, clean and tidy. I also truly love all the possibilities within the flows. Although many of the features are similar to ActiveCampaign, I am really fascinated by UX & UI. Encharge also includes a great feature, that automatically validates all emails. I still need to make more use of it, but I can say the app is very user-friendly, amazing navigation and the knowledge base is great, specially for newbies.

I have been a loyal ActiveCampaign user for years, but it has become very expensive if you really want to grow your audience, plus if I wanted to add a Facebook retargeting feature, it would shoot the cost even more. I was apprehensive to switch as I worked with other email marketing products before and ActiveCampaign came out on top on many levels, but wow, I am so surprised at the ease of use and the deliverability of Encharge. Everything is so straightforward and I love how dedicated the team is to supporting the community AND constantly working on their roadmap implementation. Highly recommend.

I'm really happy that I found Encharge when I did. I remember when I first purchased it that I was excited about the ease of being able to set up Auto responders for my lead capture page. It wasn't until I dived into the platform more that I realized with all the integrations available for this it really opened me up to what I can do as far as an email platform. I'm really excited about testing out the built-in integration with Facebook to allow me to automatically assign and reassign email subscribers to remarketing campaigns. At first it was a little confusing for me as far as how to utilize the flow end of the platform, but that soon became quite easy once you get the basic logical layout of it. I would recommend this to any of my friends.
