The support is really lacking, I text them and it takes like 2 business days to reply.

I been asking for a fix of a bug and they told me that in a day or two they will have it, it's been 2 weeks since then and the bug is still there (also they lied to me because they clearly did not fix it) .

Also the platform is constantly sending errors when working on emails so I have to reload the page a lot which ends up being very time consuming.

I discovered Encharge from a recommendation on Facebook and it was the perfect fit. I wanted a reliable email platform I could grow into without the stress of monthly billing. Setup was seamless, and the transition from my previous tool was effortless.

I am having constant issues with Encharge.
The API to wordpress and to Shopify don't work correctly.
Encharge loses information from the buyers from Shopify, and the worst part is their CUSTOMER SUPPORT. It takes then 48h to reply, or they just flat out ignore me. They say the issue is fixed and it is not.

A huge win for our email setup. The flow builder is super intuitive—drag, drop, done. The automation options are more powerful than I expected. It feels like a pro-level tool without the usual overwhelm. The customer support is one of the best I’ve experienced: fast replies and genuinely helpful every time. One small gripe is managing contact fields in bulk—it can be a bit clunky. But overall, the experience has been excellent. I'm especially looking forward to the Flowmattic integration that’s currently in the works. Encharge has made email marketing smarter and way more enjoyable for our team.

We just moved from Mailchimp and so far, we are really liking Encharge. When we needed it, customer service was available within minutes through chat.

The UI is nice, clear, open, friendly looking, and mostly easy to use. Of course it takes some time getting used to a new program, but integration with Boost.space was easy (unlike some competitors we tried), segmenting works like a charm, and delivery stats have been absolutely fine.

Mostly I feel the company really knows what they are doing, and knows a lot about email delivery, all adding towards the trust.

We moved to Encharge from MailerLite after hitting the limits of what basic automation could do, and we haven’t looked back. The flow builder is a standout - visual, intuitive, and super low click, which makes building complex journeys surprisingly easy.

One of my absolute favourite things? You can preview the full email right there in the flow. No digging around or clicking through five screens just to remember what’s in it. The same goes for conditions and actions. There are so few clicks involved that building or tweaking flows feels easy. The forms are also refreshingly easy to build and style, no code required. More styling options would be nice, but honestly, they do the job well.

The only real wishlist item for us? We'd love to see conditional logic within email blocks—being able to personalise sections of an email based on tags or data would unlock even more power for segmentation. But even without that, Encharge already gives us so much control, clarity, and ease. That said, the UI does need a bit of love especially when it comes to the email editor. It works, but it’s not the smoothest experience yet. A little polish here would go a long way in making day to day use even more enjoyable.

The integrations are solid, support is super helpful, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about making the experience better.

Up until now this is a really good option for me, an easy UI and the integration to set up flows is amazing.

There could be more integrations but I believe is it’s on the road map. But overall performance is good.

I came from using mailchimp and mailerlite but en charge is growing on me fast. The easy interface makes it easy not to like the platform.

I switched from ActiveCampaign to Encharge. The user interface is much cleaner, more intuitive, and much less overwhelming!

The Flow builder is brilliant, and I love how I can create and edit email templates separately, then reuse or update them without digging through the entire automation. I also really appreciate being able to schedule broadcasts by the reader’s time zone without having to upgrade – that was a huge frustration in other platforms.

Organising Flows and campaigns into folders is another bonus, and the reporting is solid. I haven’t found a way to tag subscribers based on link clicks yet, but everything else has worked beautifully.

Support is top-notch too. Vince has been super responsive and helpful any time I’ve had a question.
