I’ve had a few appointments with Krishna Chaitanya. His treatment is definitely helping and his advice for “homework” is clear and he takes time to check I understand the exercise at home. I never feel rushed and I’m looking forward to having full mobility back

Very helpful and took time to explain treatment

Krishna has made me feel welcome during each session, he has listened to me and gave me great support and helpful advice. I realised I was doing some exercises wrong at first as I wasn’t stretching enough through the discomfort once we talked this through it helped improve my pain and tenderness that much more. Follow up appointments have always been at a time and date that has been suitable for me also. I’m not the most patient of people and am usually out and about but Krishna has explained that muscle injuries can take time and not to over do things which I have listened to but has been tough also. He has increased my exercises and stretches each week to help me improve week by week and to not over do it. Following Krishna’s advice and with his knowledge has helped me to slowly improve over the last few weeks.

The physiotherapist I saw, Mr. Ezhilarasu Was wonderful. Very friendly and immediately helped me with the pain I was in. I walked out of his office feeling better than when I walked in! I was in a bad car accident and was having issues with walking but with enable Physio’s help I have returned to walking normally! Wonderful place with very friendly physiotherapists!
