The quality of my Woody tongue drum is excellent. I have a different company’s tongue drum as well and it is disappointing, especially in regards to accuracy of tuning.

Great sound.

The drum I ordered is beautiful and the company was very responsive and helpful. I was given clear and honest information about my order, including promotions I was unaware of. Very pleased with my purchase and experience.

The craftsmanship is first rate and the tuning is spot-on perfect. Not only does the drum SOUND incredible, the exterior finish is a museum quality WORK OF ART; it makes beautiful music by just being in the room !

E-mail replies from customer service are returned within 24 hours seven days a week (sometimes within a few hours to even a few minutes, depending on the time of day sent). Everyone was/is VERY friendly and accommodating !

The Durable Bag is quite nice and able to protect the drum except from extremely neglectful handling by the user.

Lastly, and the only complaint, is the Big LED Light. It was difficult to open and one of the soldered connections on the switch failed (which may have been my fault), the wire is very short prompting a bit of a squeeze to insert the battery. This, of course, was easily fixed. I expect it will be many years before replacement of the rechargeable battery will be necessary.

Overall, I am EXTREMELY PLEASED, not only with the drum but with the entire experience with Kosmosky. Customer service was among the best I've ever experienced.

Website was very informative and had samples of the sound of each tongue drum. Ordering and keeping track of the shipment was easy. My drum arrived 2 weeks after I placed my order. I would not hesitate to buy from Kosmosky again. My drum is beautiful and has an amazing sound.

I have no music education. I have an electronic piano, bought books, decades ago and still can't play beyond level one, though I love trying. Other than that, all I know is all my life I've Loved hearing church bells in the distance, so pure and serene.
A traumatic brain injury radically changed my life 20+ years ago. I have a migraine that never goes away, but worse, it's virtually impossible to think even to make coffee because my brain is in such constant agony that I'm disoriented.
An ad for a tongue drum showed on my phone and the tones soothed my brain, so I started researching, primarily prices...7 years ago my husband had to quit working in order to help me. Money is scarce, but we've been blessed to adopt a very frugal, unconventional lifestyle. I mention that because I understood that if I bought a cheap $50-$300 drum that the off-tones and especially, the harsh metal reverberations would be intolerable and our money wasted. After discussing with my husband, I gambled on the research I'd done on Kosmosky New Wave 15 inch, 15 tone drum. I say gamble because even though I had come to believe and trust the people making these drums were doing so with utmost integrity as to materials and craftsmanship(which I greatly respect! I am American and I love America, however, integrity here has been compromised nearly into oblivion), I don't know music and cannot Play any instrument - and for us, this drum costs a fortune. Plus about $150 shipping fees, it's a hefty drum, and the Pacific is vast.
Unboxed: I lightly tapped one tongue with the mallet, my jaw literally dropped. I tapped a second, then a third tongue, and discovered that I was holding my breath - it sounded too good to be true. One by one I tested each tongue: they each sound exactly like a church bell! . By the way, I intended upon arrival to use an app to verify each tone's accuracy; it is unnecessary and I am not don't it.
Everything I've said to this point, kind of doesn't matter.
Having been married nearly 40 years, I know my husband well. Like me, he has no music training and doesn't even know that there are Keys of C, G, etc. Beating along on the steering wheel to his favorite songs while he drives, is the full extend of his interest in musical instruments. . . Which is consistent with this man's display of enthusiasm towards any thing in life. Three times, in 4 decades, I have witnessed him express genuine joy(our wedding day was Not one of those times. Even pictures as a young child at Christmas, age 3 years, he never smiled opening a present. I love this man, I'm just saying). He heard the first few random notes I tapped and I saw my husband express deep, uncontainable joy for the fourth time in our long life together - and THAT was worth every cent I paid to Kosmosky, and the shipping costs!
I do not know anyone at Kosmosky, I only found them on YouTube and then went to their website. I have not spoken to them except to ask a single question when I placed my order. So to be clear, I have zero incentive to submit this review. In fact, because language is terribly difficult for me to arrange intelligently, i.e this has taken me 90 painful minutes, I rarely do reviews at all and when I do, I must be impressed, and I keep it very simple.
Lastly, though I've had this drum only a few days, several times while lying in bed(I have to be in bed a lot) I hear my husband "playing this drum" and it is beautiful. I told him last night that from now on when my brain is too sick and in too much pain, just as David in the Bible would often be summoned to play his harp to soothe king Saul, I shall be calling my husband to play for me!

Delivered more than three weeks after the stated delivery date. I was absent. The package may be lost. After advising them, they confirm shipment was not sent. They are correcting and sending now. An error that is acknowledged and corrected is no longer an error. I am now hopeful. Let's hope I get to have the drum and rate it soon.

I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of this tongue drum (New Wave 15). The sound is clear, rich, and incredibly soothing. The craftsmanship is excellent; it feels solid and looks beautiful, with smooth finishes and precise tuning on every note.

It arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition, along with mallets and other accessories. Customer service has been friendly and quick to respond whenever I have a question.

This has quickly become one of my favorite instruments to play!

My drum was out of stock, but they made one and kept me informed of progress and it was shipped right out. The shipping to Maine,USA, took a week. I LOVE IT! I asked Alex if they would send me a photo of my drum with the craftsman and he remembered to include it. I have it to share with my groups for sound healing sessions and meditations. The drum is so amazing. It is incredibly beautiful and the sound is wonderful and well tuned. I feel very lucky to have been able to purchase this fantastic hand crafted drum.

After 2 months the hand made custum drum arrived in belgium and he is so nice made and sounds perfect.

My story . . . I’m an amateur musician, and I saw an ad for tongue drums on Facebook. I was instantly drawn in and did some research. I came across reviews on YouTube for high quality tongue drums and KosmoSky New Wave drums were reviewed among others. I could tell the tonal qualities were head and shoulders above many, if not most drums. After about a week of research, I was sold on KosmoSky.

I was concerned about ordering from the States, but I took a chance. Everything was top-tier in my experience, from getting answers to my questions, to the ordering process, communications, shipping, packaging, delivery, all of it was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had!

There is a noticeable quality to this company, and you can tell they produce these drums to impeccable standards, and they are made with care and love. They truly care about their customers, their product, and the joy music brings to everyone.

I ordered the New Wave Symphony set, it is my first experience with this type of instrument. I watched with excitement as my drums travelled around the world to get to me. Mine were shipped with DHL, and their communication, tracking, and service puts their delivery services in class all of their own. KosmoSky at the time of my order offered to pay my import duties. They were only $27 and change as of my delivery. I payed them myself as a thank you to KosmoSky. I’m already eyeing up my next purchase, but I want to master these first. They are easy to play and I was able to play some basic tunes by ear within a day or two. Again I do have a musical background, but if you don’t, I feel you will find these easy to learn on and simply relax. I sit out in nature and simply start playing notes, there is something inherently relaxing when these notes fill your soul!
