Very helpful customer service from real people. I am very pleased with my instrument. One word of warning on the big LED light plug: turns out they have to remove the battery to ship overseas so, I had to buy a t screwdriver set and batteries and take it apart, etc. Seems to drain the battery after one hour of use even with the battery installed. It’s a super cool accessory but probably not worth the bother.

I ordered a tongue drum AND a Music Book And paid $75 for shipping. I waited 9 days and sent a progress request. Then 9 days later was given a response that My drum would be finished in about a week, and a tracking note would follow. 3 1/2 weeks after I ordered, it was FINALLY shipped....AND 3 days Later I was CHARGED $22.62 BY THE SHIPPER. Now the TOTAL SHIPPING had come to $97.62!! WOW!!! a HUNDRED DOLLARS for shipping (WHO would ever PURCHASE if THIS were KNOWN!!?? ) I FINALLY received the DRUM, WITHOUT the $6 instruction Book That I PAID FOR !!!!....A MONTH after I ordered. THEN I sent THE TEAM a note ASKING for them to SEND the BOOK I PAID FOR....Still ( a WEEK later!!!?) hav NOT received a Response. IS THIS just a JUVENILE company RUN (Financially SUPPORTED!?)by MOMMY AND DADDY!!??? 21 days from PAYMENT till Ship THEN 8 Days to Ship (Russia to USA) AND "SHORT SHIPPED" as well!!!

I recently received my custom two-sided drum and couldn't be happier with the service from the Kosmosky team.

COMMUNICATION: They caught a compatibility issue with my order (LED lights) immediately and suggested a fix.

HONESTY: They sent a video of a small "beauty mark" on the finish before shipping to make sure I was okay with it, offering to remake the drum if I wasn't.

SPEED: My order was ready in about 3 weeks, beating the 4-5 week estimate.

It is rare to find this level of care in online ordering.

I contacted Kosmosky via WhatsApp to inquire about some details, and the service I received was truly exceptional. This business just radiates love and care. They are at the very forefront of the evolution of the tongue drum, spreading a joyfully calm resonant harmony across the whole world.

I'm convinced that these are the best tongue drums available at present in this universe. The Dvu-tone design sounds amazing, with clear overtones and excellent dynamic range. The inbuilt pickup eliminates the need for microphone wrangling, which is especially helpful for performance or recording outside of a studio environment. And with the New Wave Symphony, you get an entire two-octave chromatic gamut. There is so much musical potential here, it just lights up my brain every time I touch it! After a few days I had to put the drums away during the day so I could get some things done. I just couldn't stop playing.

I'm in love with this instrument! It's so deep. It's like I've found my home in the Kosmos. As a percussionist, this has opened a portal to realms of melody and harmony, and I can bring all my hand techniques with me. I just want to practice all the time now!

If you're on the fence about buying one of these, do it. It's absolutely worth it. Don't worry about the shipping from Russia; DHL got it to me in just a few days, with tracking updates at every step, and Kosmosky even paid the tariffs. My only regret is not including a t-shirt or two in my order.

Ich war erst skeptisch bei der Bestellung - Fremdwährung, Zoll etc. - bin aber sehr positiv überrascht. Die Bestellung und auch die Kommunikation war einfach und sehr positiv. Wenn man den Dollar Wechselkurs etwas beobachtet kann man durchaus noch etwas sparen. Die Zollabfertigung war durch DHL easy. Die Gebühr konnte problemlos online bezahlt werden. (Das sollte man allerdings mit kalkulieren)
Das Instrument kam super gut verpackt und unversehrt nach wenigen Tagen an.
Zum Instrument " New Wave" kann ich nur sagen: wow !
Welch ein wunderbarer Klang ( hatte bereits eine billige Zungentrommel von Amazon zurück geschickt).
Es macht richtig Spaß damit zu spielen und mit kleinem Verstärker ein echt krass gutes Erlebnis von Klang.
Ich bin begeistert und kann Kosmosky nur loben und auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

I got the double sided Mirror drum and have no experience with the instrument. It's so easy and soothing to play, and the sound is so clear. The simple color gradients in the steel and water ripple design is also exquisite.

I have got efficient help for finding the best solution for my needs. Alex is great. Very good website.
Delivery was in time, however the custom clearance was a little bit complicated in Hungary and I had to pay additionally 40 USD for it.

The customer service answered all my questions in a timely manner. Purchasing the new wave 15 drum was an easy process. Delivery took just about 3 weeks but this was expected giving it taking place during the Christmas holiday. The drum was packed securely. The craftsmanship of the drum is exceptional and is a pleasure to play every time.

The customer service was first rate, perhaps the best I've experienced. The drum arrived in perfect condition and sounds great. No regrets.

Don't sleep on the stretch cover either; sound-wise, using the cover makes it into a totally different experience.

It's my second purchase after a couple of years. This time I chose the "New Wave 15 tongue". The order arrived safe and sound and well-packed.
