I was a little hesitant to order something so far away, but these drums came very highly recommended. I was pleasantly surprised to get it within a couple weeks of ordering. I am SO pleased - the drum is extremely high quality and sounds fantastic. I purchased for a gift, but I may have to get one for myself!

First of all, the drum is spectacular. It’s even better than I thought it would be. It has such a clear and beautiful sound. Second. Shipping was super fast. It came several days sooner than I anticipated. The company was also very responsive over email which I appreciated.

The communication was the best I've ever experienced. You've been patient,informative and so responsive! The shipping was so fast,I was shocked!I got my drum today and honestly I think it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen or heard! I am over the moon in love!!

From the website complete with videos and lots of information to receiving my custom drum was one of the most enjoyable purchases I have ever made. Every question was answered quickly, additions to order happily and efficiently made. I was kept informed and it was received even earlier than I thought it would be. It is gorgeous and it sounds perfect and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!!

The company is quite efficient in communicating and delivering. The tank drum is beautiful. I am very pleased with the sound, although one of the high notes is not perfect but close enough. Overall I am a happy costumer

I would have given 5 stars except that they haven't shipped my drum yet. Took customer service two to three days to answer my e-mails AFTER I paid for my drum.

I absolutely love my New Wave 15! The ordering process was smooth & delivery was sooner than I expected which was a nice surprise. As soon as I opened the box I was in love. The color and look of the tongue drum was better than the photos. The sound is just incredible!!! My husband who is never interested in any type of instrument can't stop playing it! Every time he passes by it, he stops to play it. This is really very unlike him so I consider this tongue drum to be very special! I have been practicing my first song and trying to perfect it before I take it to play for my dad who recently had a bad fall and lost a good portion of his memory. I am so happy that I found the Kosmosky team and so happy that I now have one of their New Wave 15's! I can't praise it enough!

Excellent communication from the sales team, and the drum sounds amazing! I also really like the vertical stand, and big LED light. The cover makes it sound like a totally different instrument. The only thing I didn't like was the bag, but it'll do until I can find a better case, and the other bag Kosmosky sells might be better.
