EMT Services Anmeldelser

Steve and his team went above and beyond to ensure all aspects of the repairs were top quality. I was included in all discussions how the work was going to be corrected. I am delighted with this organisation and how they delivered the project to an outstanding level.
I highly recommend EMT services.

Great work repairing the missing cavity wall insulation and installing new trickle vents. Stephen and his team completed everything to a high standard, and I appreciated the in-person survey before and after work to ensure everything was done properly. I couldn’t have asked for anything easier or better from these guys.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! After 2 years of incoming water into our home after poor government recommended workmanship and trustmark failures ..our roof now actually looks like a roof ...instead of a UFO landing strip!
Down to Earth, honest, straight-forward, reliable & actually bloody competent!! No Aldi Elon Musks here! ...Highly recommend!!! x

Really helpful and friendly. Nothing ever seems too much. Have been recommending to family and friends, and would definitely use again. Thank you so much :-)

They should stick to surveys not pretend they are roofers. Say one thing and then do what they want with no explanation other than they’ve done it a thousand times before. My roof is not repaired how I want it done. Furious does not cut it.

I would not recommend this company if you need a roof repaired.

I used this company through the Green Homes Wales scheme to coordinate the assessment of my home and the subsequent installation of solar panels. They were professional, helpful and responsive throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We had solar panels installed and chose EMT services as our retrofit assessors.

From start to finish, they were professional, helpful and approachable. I highly recommend the team and wish them all the best.

Experienced workmen, hardworking, trustworthy, after a very messy job everything was cleared and tidied up

I had a really good experience with EMT Services when they came out to do the survey on behalf of Smart Living Energy.

The surveyor was very knowledgeable and took his time to properly look at everything. He took photos and also used a drone so he could check the outside properly and understand the extent of the damage, defects and what may have caused the problem.

What I really appreciated was the way everything was explained to me clearly. I asked a few questions and they were answered patiently without making me feel silly for asking. The surveyor made sure I understood what had been found and why it was important.

The report was also very clear and detailed, with photographs and findings that helped explain the issues properly.

Overall, I found the service very professional, helpful and reassuring. Thank you.

Emt and their colleagues were incredibly helpful, communicative and responsive. Exactly what’s needed when navigating this new solar space for me and my family - thanks to all especially Luci who was outstanding

Very professional and guided us through the process from start to finish highly recommend

I have installed solar PV and battery through green home Wales programme. I was recommended by my neighbour to EMT services.Steve visited the house and did a thorough energy survey and gave clear recommendations to improve the energy efficiency.
Luci Hutt was absolutely fantastic in processing the application for approval from green home Wales.
Luci went through all the solar proposals and checked the credibility of the companies and had an excellent quote from RLW electrical and I accepted the proposal.
All systems are installed now and working brilliantly
Steve visited the house again to check if everything is working fine and to prepare the final EPC certificate.
I would recommend EMT services to any one

Without their help we would have struggled to ensure that we had all the paperwork we needed, properly completed.

Support through the Green Homes Wales investigation was comprehensive both through the team in the office and when attending on site.
The full review of the home was able to highlight the best order for the return on investment, and tests showed insightful and surprising results.
Good consistent communication from the office and we appreciated being able to have continuity of conversation throughout.

Great service from EMT guiding us through the Green Homes Wales process. Both Steve and Luci were really helpful and responsive. Gave great advice where needed and listened to what we needed.

Easy to deal with and was assigned a single point of contact for dealing with any queries I had.
I was kept informed of everything throughout the process and what was required.

EMT Services did a great job of guiding us through the Green Homes Wales process. Luci is a real expert in her field and identified the perfect installer for our solar energy project.

Steve helped guide me through green home Wales scheme, and stepped in to find an alternative installer quickly when the first one pulled out. Steve helped me with all my questions and ensured work was carried out. There was a blip at the end with paperwork that delayed me signing up with an energy supplier, but that didn't detract from the service with EMT, more the installers. The work carried out however was to a high standard.

EMT Services greatly assisted us throughout the Green Homes Wales project, which can seem quite daunting at the start. However, they helped guide us through the different stages of the process and kept it simple and straightforward.

Can’t complain, Steve and the team were delightful and everything went super smooth. I’d definitely recommend them to family and friends
