Very helpful information before I committed followed by a swift and competent installation and good instructions on the system.

My tenant called me 3pm on a Sunday about a badly leaking toilet cistern. I contacted Emsworth Heating and by 5pm Peter had rectified the problem. Fantastically fast response, so important when water is involved. Standard charge applied, no extra charge for Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

AWFUL customer service please don’t believe their response. Shocking how people can lie. Gas safe recommend finding engineer by word of mouth not reviews.
DIDN’T turn up THREE times. FIRST APPT rung on expected time (not before) to cancel. Service then carried out another time to be told needed new boiler instantly given three prices. Boiler had a leaking overflow not fixed or offered to fix. THIRD appt waited THREE hours (agreed to move rad) didn’t turn up, I had to ring them. Rad was finally moved (boiler overflow problem still not fixed or offered) just a new boiler AGAIN. After work overflow pipe got worse running down wall rung office was told again and I was told they do finance for a new boiler but he may have part for problem on his van so he knew problem (just wanted repair for now) not a new boiler. FOURTH appt yea you guessed didn’t turn up no call NOTHING.
SHOCKING never experienced such bad service. Have now had to report to Gas safe.(They are now visiting)
Sadly we can not always go on good reviews.

Arrived a little later than expected but the engineer was very efficient and completed the installation of the water heater in about 2.5 hours.

The whole procedure was faultless the organisation was excellent .and the gas engineer was very competent in his work

Excellent service connected my gas cooker with new fittings as there was none in my new property job done with in 10 minutes

Emsworth heating removed an old boiler from one of our bedrooms and fitted a new one in the kitchen. They did the job in efficient time. They've since performed an annual service. Recommended.

Emsworth Heating were very quick in both quoting and executing the work and very clean and tidy in doing the work. They explained what they were doing and why and altogether were very helpful in getting the new system up and running. We highly recommend.

Superb service. Went into the shop to discuss HIVE heating systems. This was on a Friday and Peter came the following Tuesday and installed the controls. Very friendly, careful and efficient. All completed as promised and to quoted price. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company.
