We've been working with Emotive for several years now. They are continually rolling out new services that make our web store integration stronger and more successful. This is not another platform that you download or integrate with and then you are left to fend for yourself. We get constant guidance and assistance with regular calls with our account representatives. Whether it is ideas for new campaigns, attribution settings, copywriting, or refreshing our automated flows, they are there to help. If you are looking for a powerful tool to grow your business through SMS marketing, Emotive is hands down the best that is out there!

I can't say enough about Emotive's customer support. They were proactive from day one, offering personalized training sessions and checking in regularly to see how we were progressing. Their dedication to our success is truly remarkable.

The Emotive team has honestly been the key reason I decided to switch from Postscript. They were so hands on from the day we had the first zoom meeting. They followed up with me constantly even when I was slow to respond (we were in our equivalent to Black Friday). They worked out very competitive pricing for us and everything I needed to make the transition smoother they did in a timely manner, which as business owners we know is super important. I truly could not be happier with my experience.

The dedicated team that helps respond to customers truly is a selling factor I don't think they push enough. Emotive is so awesome with this! The are times our team is busy and we don't want costumers having a question that isn't resolved. They handle the responses that they can.

Here have been our pros and cons of Emotive:

Pros:
Great customer service and representative team- every member I've worked with on our service has been fantastic.

The service is robust with good analytics and best case studies. However, getting customers phone numbers can prove challenging and there needs to be specific consideration to your strategy of how you will do so.

It is probably the best text tool available on the market at this time, and they have a good ROAs return rate, assuming you have new customers and phone numbers collecting at all times.

They paired us up with a similar company to review what they were doing which was a fantastic aid.

Cons:
You cannot leave their contract and are essentially signing onto a year-long contract.

Currently there are more companies doing this type of advertising and customers are more likely to unsubscribe as opposed to email. We've had several customers be disappointed that they could not call us, or had to explain why we had an American # when we are based in Canada.

Overall, we would recommend them but be aware you are signing up for a year long term and will need strategy on new customer acquisition and for ways to collect phone numbers, which isn't always easiest at times. However, their team has been very helpful. They have been able to turn around the past negative experience with the company.

Words can’t describe the sheer happiness I experienced working with MJ and Maris of Emotive. Great support and super easy to set up! We literally spent 5 minutes and we were all set with the Pixel. Oftentimes times, when setting up new software, the onboarding is slow this exceeds my expectations. Additionally, we have seen a huge lift in only 3 weeks thousands in recovered revenue and customer data.

Ryan, Jen, and Mhira are amazing! They held our hand through every step of the process making it such a wonderful experience. We were hesitant at first to enter the SMS world but the transition to SMS/MMS was seamless.

Wil and Jen were so helpful prior to starting the trial and throughout the entire trial period as well. They made sure to completely explain all kinds of guidelines and give a full rundown for anything I had questions on. They made the process extremely seamless and I had a great time working with them.

Emotive is really helpful on the onboarding side of things. They genuinely want you to succeed. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. So far so good! I hope I can grow my SMS list and get some more sales.
