So I Filled out the online form only for it to say I’m not eligible as car must be bought in England or Wales. My car was bought in England!
Could be wrong but upon researching this company and its address on google maps it shows it as a house which is strange. This was the second application I’ve made as I didn’t hear back from the first application. Also worth mentioning that I can’t find any contact number for them. Upon looking further the original text said the deadline was 21st January yet on the website it says 31st.
Like I said I could be wrong but I’ve been scammed before over HP that I took out for the same car. Sent my passport details and proof of address and never heard anything back.
JUST BE CAREFUL!!
UPDATE… tried to check to see if my car was eligible via another website called emissions.co.uk and it was. This company had a completely different address. When I navigated away I received a text to continue my claim… the text message was from the same people I received the first message from.

Hi Mark,
we've requested more information regarding this query. All the vehicles were pre-approved prior to recontacting previous enquries. We cannot find Mark Simon in our system, would you be able to send us your VRM so we can find your application.
In relation to the dates, we run all emission claims - Mercedes had a deadline of the 21st January as final court submissions close shortly.
