Sadly another customer taken in by the advert. I even thought I’d checked it. Two blouses arrived today. Dreadful material, both exactly same style, unwearable!
Not even trying to return, putting it down to my own stupidity!

Absolute waste of money, my item was of very poor quality and not as described.
Customer service is shocking and to top it all off, if I return it, will have to pay full shipping cost to CHINA!!!
Very deceiving and would highly NOT recommend.
Safe to say I definitely 100% will not be shopping or recommending this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it is a scam. Believe all the other comments. And don’t fall for the returns policy. Products cheap, poor quality and nowhere the sizing.
My fault, I should have read the returns policy in detail and looked them up on Trustpilot. Lesson learned.

As with other customers writing a review I feel really stupid. I didn’t check out this company and went ahead and ordered a dress for £39. It arrived from China and is really poor quality. Dress is colourful but all stitching is done with white thread. No labels stating where it was made, care instructions, size etc. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what can be done. I have actually seen dresses from this website on other websites so please be aware and steer clear of them.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered a boho dress and sandals, cost me £79 obviously not a ‘quaint little boutique’ in Eastbourne. Chinese company posing as such. Quality was appalling tried to get a full refund but obstacles put in way like ‘taxes would have to be paid - unknown amount.’ I opted for repeat order but in larger sizes to inconvenience them more than anything as I didn’t want either items. Was put off this option as there would be no guarantee that they receive my returns. (This suggested to me that they would claim items didn’t return to them even if they did.) they offered me 20% refund and ‘whoopee’ I could keep the goods. I have received £15.98. Refund. All in all they have made £64 out of me. Fraudsters. Goods now in bin, not fit for purpose. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Total scam!! The dress I ordered was definitely not the one I received. When I tried to return it I was told I was responsible to pay shipping to china and it would cost between £25-£50. The reviews on the boutique sight must be made up, all great service, fantastic products and quick service, in fact the service is rubbish as is the products.

I have only given 1 star because I can't give no stars.
I went to their website to purchase. Reviews were not available for me.
It all seemed legitimate until after purchase when I saw method if delivery. Then I realised I had been scammed. I tried to go back to their website but it had vanished. The quality of products is disgraceful but there is no way of returning them. They are delivered out of warehouses, in my case Cannock. £60 totally wasted and no way to recoup the loss.

I have given 1 star but in my opinion it doesn't warrant that.

When I did look before ordering couldn't find any reviews.
I got suspicious when I saw the delivery method.
To me this is a complete scam and fraud NOT from Eastbourne.

I ordered a dress which looked quite nice and it was supposed to come from a shop in Eastbourne- somewhere we go most years for a holiday . I waited a long time and finally wrote to them. Then it turned up the next day. The dress was awful cheap and didn’t fit. I was appalled. I wore and asked for a refund immediately and I now sit for a reply!!
Has anyone else thought if reporting this company to Trading standards either Eastbourne or Worthing? I feel we should complain through this avenue. What a scam!!!

This company should not be allowed to sell their cheap goods at inflated prices, claiming they are a UK company when they are based in China. The goods are cheap and shoddy. After you receive your order they will inform you that it will cost you £25 - £50 to return anything. BEWARE...BEWARE....BEWARE....

Total scam. There is no store in Eastbourne, unless there is an Eastbourne in China. Dress material is awful, workmanship cheap and nasty.
Contacted to ask for a refund and have been offered 20% then 30% refund whilst being warned that it will cost more than the goods are worth to send the goods back to China!! Feeling stupid for being duped by con artists.

Goods now arrived 15 days later! I have never seen such poor quality in my life! Do not touch this company. They want to charge £25-50 to send goods back to China… like I wanted goods from China in the first place! Section 75 of the Consuner Act will get your money back if buying in the UK on a credit card. The goods are only suitable for the landfill site. They are rubbish. The dress was 1950’s bri nylon and supposedly £ 130 shoes which are cheapest flimsiest plastic I have seen. Wrong size too. Package obviously arrived in UK and was then sent on. Box looked like an elephant had sat on it all broken and torn with being orange tape wrapped partly around it!! Sad part is the despicable items inside can’t be destroyed adding to landfills being filled up and they go on about CO2 emissions 😡😡😡😡 on the returns site!

Scammers!! Buy from them at your peril! Don’t be fooled by referencing the boutique in Eastbourne closing and moving to Worthing. This is the cheapest tat that is sent from China. Nothing like the quality shown in the pictures. To return goods they quote postage of up to £50 and then getting stuck in customs. I used my credit card thankfully so already been in touch with my bank. I will never trust anything like this again!

I would not even give 1 star disgusting quality for what you pay 40 for a pair of shoes so cheaply made can't even get my foot in size is not what I ordered and as for the clothes only place they are fit for is the bin

Like other reviews on this site, I failed to check before buying. Also taken in by the false information about it being a boutique that was closing down. The blouse arrived today. Cheap and very
disappointing. Colourful yes but not as shown on website. Oversewn with white stitching and plain white buttons which really stand out. No information as to where it was made, type of material, washing or ironing instructions. Be warned.

If I could give this a minus number it wouldn’t be big enough.
Total scam and like all the others I stupidly didn’t check the reviews.
Don’t order anything from these scammers!
They should be taken down from using instagram as a way of duping so many.

I wish I’d been vigilant and read the reviews😩. Completely duped by wrongly assuming it was a real boutique. Only when I noticed delivery was from china did I start to worry. Despite them claiming to be UK based, they’re clearly not obeying our statutory laws regarding returns. Utter shambles. Please be warned

Like the other reviews I was totally taken in by the advert stating they were in Eastbourne and having a genuine sale because they were moving premises. The clothes arrived from China and were extremely poor quality, nothing like the photos. Don't be taken in. Should have been more careful. Still waiting for an address to return items but suspect I will have a long wait.

It appears that I have also been scammed .
I ordered several items from what I thought was a closing down sale. I have since seen same items on another site for a fraction of the cost. My items have still not arrived.
I presume this is because they are coming from China and not Eastbourne !!!
I will try and get a refund ….not holding out
much hope.
