Very bad experience
I have ordered a dress from Emilia Rose website.
Firstly, it is arrived after three weeks.
Secondly, it is not what I have ordered. It was skirt and top, very bad condition.
Thirdly, return email address is not existing.
What a joke! I have ordered a nice dress, I received a floor cloth. And it's not cheap! Better to order from temu then.

Completely dodgy set up. Rubbish clothes. Ages delivering different products to what you order. Nightmare to get in touch with and refuse full refund.

Don’t buy from this company, brought a coat for £76 and looked nothing like pictured, cheaply made and found same coat on temu for £20. Coat was sent from China despite website saying based in Europe. No return label and email to contact just bounces back. It’s a scam!

Here’s another Chinese website complete with two fake women pretending to own it and a random story about it being based in Australia. Their shipping information is not true because it’s all coming from China so the delivery times are lies. Surely there should be a law about this in China to stop them the country a bad reputation!

Website says hassle free returns and suggests the shop is based in the Netherlands. Item actually gets shipped from China, takes forever, the email address to request a refund doesnt work, and when you can get a response they say you have to return to the US but won't give you an address. Total absolute scam. DO NOT BUY

Buyer Beware! The dress that I received was such a cheap nasty synthetic material, I would be embarrassed to wear it. When I applied for a refund it was met with requests to show photo and video evidence before they would even send me an address to return it too! (By the way, the customer pays for their own returns) The dress material was so poor I was prepared to lose money returning it. Fortunately I paid via PayPal and they agreed to refund me. Out of curiosity, I went back on their site to view their description of the material, It doesn't actually say what its made out of at all!! The half price £80 price ticket (and the photo itself) does everything to suggests that it's a quality, cotton or linen garment. Please shop cynically and even better not at all with this company, they are literally stealing the clothes off our backs.

I am very disappointed with this company. The item was shipped from China, but this was not clearly disclosed before I placed my order. Had I known where it was coming from and how long delivery would take, I may not have purchased it.

I feel the company has been dishonest and misleading by failing to provide this important information upfront. Customers deserve to know where their products are being shipped from and to have realistic delivery expectations before making a purchase. The lack of transparency has damaged my trust in this company, and I would be hesitant to order from them again.

I returned a coat, and didn’t fit, so returned it. They said the shipping cost, needs to be covered by me so I paid extra £30 and they haven’t given me a refund, so now I have paid for a coat that I have returned and shipping and got nothing

Don't buy from this Emilia rose site, sizing and material poor quality. Emailed 3 times to get form to return with no response, so left with unwearable dress and $100 out of pocket.

Dreadful quality product. Nothing like the picture. Would only offer me a 35% refund. Expected me to post it back to the USA at an exorbitant cost not worth the effort. I wish i had seen these reviews before i purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Worst experience ever. Worst quality products and dresses. They say they can return on the buyers expense but actually their refund policy is totally blocked since all the emails sent are bouncing back. I wish I could give zero star. Please never buy from them again

Ordered a tunic from them online. When it arrived the tunic was T-shirt length, not as described on the website or photos shown.

I am giving 1 star because there isnt an option for giving no stars. Avoid this company. The dress i ordered looked lovely but when it arrived it was very poor quality and also didnt fit me.. I paid £165 . I immediately got in contact with them. I requested an address to return the dress for a refund but they avoided giving me an address and ask me to choose another item at same value but i would have to pay 95 dollars for postage. I emailed them every day . They finally sent me an address but made it very difficult for me. Told me that the item had to arrive there within a certain time or a refund might not be given. I finally accepted a 35% refund and kept the dress which doesnt fit me and is of poor quality. I lost over £100. Absolutely disgusted and totally annoyed with myself for being so stupid.

Do not go any where near this company I think they are a scam. Awful dress not as shown, have tried to get in touch with them but emails get sent back. Cannot get a returns form. They are a rip off.

Do NOT buy from this site. The clothes are rubbish quality. The website says "free returns" this is untrue. Ok paid £40 for a dress and they offered me a 10% refund i.e. £4. They said it was too expensive to send an item back. They then offered me a 20% discount on another item. I said I didn't want another item. I haven't heard from them since and can't get hold of the company. It's a total sham. Don't be fooled and don't waste your money!

This company deserves 0 points..I ordered a dress £49.00, it is poor quality & wrong colour. I’m trying to obtain a refund. The phone goes straight to voicemail, emails sent to company email addresses are not responded to, I highly recommend you stay clear from this dishonest company

What can I say other than I didn't see these reviews until after I tried to get a return and refund. Do not buy from them the quality of the product is dreadful and I have had no success getting a return authority for a refund. However given all the reviews below I doubt that I will ever get an RA. In the meantime I did pay with Paypal so I am going to contact them for a refund.

This is a total scam. I ordered on 5/11 for an event. No notification. I contacted and was told they were going through a significant computer upgrade and was delaying shipments. On 6/1 the garment arrived, too late for the event and truly poor quality. Contacted them to refund and was told that a refund must be returned within 30 days, but since it would be going through customs (!!!) it would not arrive in time for a refund and could they give me a 10% refund for my trouble. Going back at looking at their responses, they came from Holland, Australia and other locations. Definitely a scam. I will contest via my charge card company.

It has been 3 weeks. Hasnt arrived yet.
First of all, I was shocked that the company is not based in Australia. I don't know why I thought Australian company though ( when I order).
I should have checked the company's reviews from here before ordering.
That sounds the quality of their selling goods is terrible too. .. Anyway I didnt spend much so I am still fortunate enough.
