We had booked comparethemanandvan.com for a house move at 11am. They cancelled our booking on the day with absolutely no response from customer support, despite hours of trying. We came across Gary online, and within an hour of calling him he was there with Leon to help who was also great. From the first phone call he was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He got us all moved in quickly and efficiently, you can tell he has a lot of experience. His communication throughout the process was excellent. There were no hidden fees and expectations were made clear. He saved the day for us and we would highly recommend Emergency Man and Van!

Absolute gem! Gary and his team have done a fantastic job at moving us across London seamlessly. They all worked until the job was done, even though we had tricky issues with mounting an antique, which took us into the evening; they went above and beyond in making sure all was done perfectly before leaving.
I spent two days with them and they couldn’t have been nicer.

Was let down by a van so managed to find Gary online. Booked and arrived when they said and kept us advised well. Definitely use again

On the 19th I had a company (attempt) to move me from my flat in Catford to a new flat in Welling, South London - it was hell on Earth, so much so I still had far too much to shift with a deadline of Saturday 20th 9am. I worked all of Friday night clearing up the mess from the previous Guys and by 7am I knew that even with my Sisters help I was never going to achieve the removal of this stuff so I did a Google search for emergency man and van as it was an emergency, by 7.45am Gary arrived and did what I thought could never be done in the time we had left, his friend Leon arrived shortly after so we now had 2 pairs of hands, by 8.45 we were done, by 9.02 I was at the estate agents handing over the keys, everything that was precious and important to me was safe and on its way to my new flat. When I got there they absolutely blitzed it, despite the very hot weather, by 11am everything was in. Who needs Batman and Robin when you have these guys, superb performance, great result and not a single thing was damaged. Cannot recommend Emergency Man and Van highly enough, I would give these guys a hundred stars if I could, thank you Gary and Leon, thank you.

Gary is super professional, efficient and thorough. Perfectly on time, he loaded 5 years worth of my life into the van in 30 minutes. Considerate with mess prevention in each location. I’ve never met a more wonderful man with van. Couldn’t recommend him more highly.
