I put 5 stars because I was satisfied with the way the consultant Mr. Dante Gaglianone took care of my file and the quick response to my emails at any time... despite the fact that I don't speak English well I was able to understand all the processes and their service. I highly recommend this company and soon I will leave a review on the use of their product as I just joined this.

SCAMMERS!! They are very persuasive and polite, quick to collect your money, but when it comes time to with'draw it, they disappear.

I needed to switch to a high risk processor after my Shopify payments account was suspended, so I went with EMB. So far everyone at EMB has been incredibly helpful in getting my new merchant accounts up and running, and they were even able to get me approved for $500,000/month right off the bat as a new company, which is really cool - other merchant brokers I have spoken with said they were not able to get me approved for a limit even 1/4 of that. But the thing that makes EMB really shine is their fantastic customer support. Unlike other companies in this space that might ghost you or leave you in the dark, EMB are incredibly helping in resolving any issues that I am having. Payment processing is the backbone of my business, so it’s great to know that EMB is there for me to resolve any issues that might arise down the line. Overall, I highly recommend working with EMB.

I wanted to apply for service.
Sales man asked me information to provide. I sent a lot of scans. Wasted a half of day for this. But never hear back from them. Ok, I can believe that application was refused. But at least you can send email about this, correct? I sent to them several emails, guys, I could understand that you don't want me... It is ok. It is legit. But at least send me a short message, so I will not wait and will look other companies. You are not alone in the market. But nothing!

SCAMMERS! Be aware! After they collect all your personal data, driver license, bank statements, etc, they'll send you an email asking for your PayPal LOGIN and PASSWORD! Can you imagine that?!

Should've read these other reviews before i wasted my time trying to sign my business with these guys. Did absolutely everything they asked, to then receive a blunt email saying I can't use their portal and can't provide a reason either.. 4 days I spent sending emails and details back and forth.

Services are fine but they are impossible to get in touch with for anything once you are a client — customer service, sales, anything. It's like they get you on board and then go out of their way to pretend you don't exist. It's almost comical the extent to which you're ignored when things go wrong. My banking has gone down twice in five years and both times I had to barrage them with messages and phone calls for days and days before anyone lifted a finger.

As the person with the below review says, the biggest waste of time both this company and Shopify! do not apply with them, I don't even think EMB exist as a company.

Don't think this is a good solution for your business, all the words and the bla bla everything is a lie, 2 month ago i filled my application and no one care, i send a bunch of messages no one answer, if you want to wast your time then choose this company
