Quick and cheap delivery and havent found snus cheaper anywhere else. One time i had problems the company sorted it out immediately with no extra cost

Broken Website and Useless Support

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. During checkout, their website glitched my PayPal payment was processed, but I was redirected back to the checkout page without any confirmation or order details.
I contacted customer support and clearly explained what happened, expecting them to investigate the transaction on their end. Instead, they dismissed my explanation and accused me of attempting to scam them, claiming the payment didn’t appear valid even though it was processed through their own system.
This response suggests a lack of understanding of their own payment process, which is concerning for any business handling online transactions. Rather than looking into a legitimate issue, they chose to be defensive and unhelpful.
Between the broken checkout system and the unprofessional, accusatory customer service, I would not recommend using this site. If something goes wrong with your order or payment, don’t expect a fair or thorough resolution.
Additionally, many of the positive reviews for this company appear unusually generic or repetitive, which raises concerns about their authenticity.

I want to address a serious concern regarding how this situation has been handled.
I was accused by your team member, Oskar Kurzelewski, of attempting to scam your company. That is a significant allegation, and it is not accurate.
To be clear:
* I followed the checkout process on your website as instructed
* I was guided by Oskar regarding the payment setup, including the use of PayPal
* A charge was successfully processed from my bank account under the name “Emerald,” which corresponds to the transaction I completed
In your previous message, you stated that PayPal is not offered as a payment method. However, I was directly instructed otherwise by your team, and I proceeded based on that guidance. This contradiction is part of what needs to be clarified internally.
Given this, being dismissed and accused of dishonest behavior is not appropriate, especially when there is clear evidence that a payment was made through your checkout flow.
If there is confusion about how your payment system or processors appear on a customer’s bank statement, that should be reviewed internally rather than resulting in accusations toward customers.
I also want to point out that I reached out previously with this information and did not receive a response. However, I did receive a reply after posting a negative review. That sequence is concerning, as it suggests the issue was not being addressed until it became public.
I am asking that this be properly reviewed, and that the accusation made against me is acknowledged as incorrect.
I am happy to provide all supporting screenshots and records if needed.

All transactions are processed securely through debit and credit card payments only, and we have not experienced issues with our checkout system in this regard.

Great snus at great prices

The snus was delivered very quickly (next day when bought at 11pm the day before) and was cheap for what was bought 2 tubs for a bit more than tenner with shippingwhich is much better than shops and more convenient
