Ordered 3 Gatsby Hair Styling Wax and it arrived quickly. Cheers to that! The product itself is natural and works well for styling my hair with a matte finish. I just hope I won't catch dandruff @@@ the only minor issue was that the other wax wasn't sealed so I thought I was sent a returned item. Good thing when I opened it, product was unused. I didn't need to contact their customer service, so I can't comment on that. Overall, happy with teh purchase. Sorry for the late review by the way. Crazy weeks.

Delivery took a while, but the product turned up just as expected. If you're keen to get your order quicker, I'd recommend going for express postage. Just extra 6 bucks (?) and will save you the hassle.

I ordered "Never let a Good Disaster Go to Waste: Making Sense of a Life of Absurdity" in paperback from their site and got it pretty quick. Though, the book turned up a bit dented with a few scratches on the cover. It was meant to be a gift, but given the condition, I'll just hang onto it myself. All good though. Probably just the push I needed to get back into reading anyway.

The DIY Hot Sauce Kit arrived safe and sound after just two days in transit. I felt like I paid for express, even though shipping was free thanks to the eMEGA rewards free trial. Honestly thought my order might not get much priority because of that, but I was pleansantly surprised. Also, big thanks for the top-notch packaging! Everything was well-protected, and the kit arrived without a dent. Can't wait to give the hot sauce a go! *fingers crossed it turns out great*

Thanks for the quick shipping for order #547171. I was a bit disappointed though! I ordered three adventure kits but only got one. I was about to shoot you an email, but when I saw your earlier messages saying the other kits were damaged and that you've refunded me for the ones you couldn't send. Cheers for sorting that out.

I don't really check my emails that often, so when I finally had a look, I was a bit thrown off seeing a few messages from eMega. Turns out they'd contacted me a couple of times asking for an alternative address, since apparently their courier could not deliver to mine which I found a bit dodgy, to be honest, because I've had heaps of other parcels delivered here with no dramas. Looks like I ended up getting a refund since I didn't get back to them in time. Still, props to them for being upfront about it. Good customer service in the end. Appreciate the honesty :) Hopefully they consider switching to a better courier in the future like Australia Post or Aramex so more people can actually receive their orders.

I bought a bunch of different things from this site, and the Tandaco Coating Mix turned up in two separate packages, which was a bit odd, to be honest. They easily could've just packed them together! Bit of a waste of packaging, really. I got in touch with them about the rest of my order, and they said the remote control organiser and travel bag are also being sent in separate parcels, with an estimated delivery date of June 5. Like why??? Anyway, if those two don't show up by June 5, I'll be back here to update my review and trust me! It will be 1 star!!!!

I ordered two packs of the wag veal tendons dog treats that were listed as 750g from their website and they arrived so fast but to my horror, each pack were only 200g. I reached out to them to inform them this mistake and they said it was due to a technical glitch that showed the listing for 750g when it was in fact, 200g only. They offered full refund which I accepted because as per the law, we are entitled to a full refund if the item is not as described. I am thankful they took responsibility for the mistake. I ordered in good faith, it was a bit let down, but thankful for their help regardless.

As an avid camper, hiker, and outdoor enthusiast, i am always on the lookout for gears that can make my adventures easier, so when I came acrss an ad for this handheld torch, which claimed to be waterproof and capable of running for up to 90 hours, I had to give ut a try. Who doesn't love a good deal?! Anyway, it arrived on April 30th, and I made sure to test it before posting my review. So far, it lived up to my expectations! However, if you want it to last the full 90 hours, it need to be on low mode. On hygher settings, I think it would only last a few hours at best. The torch also came with a couple of accessories, including a charging cable. Thanks heaps

Bought two L'Oréal primers from here on 15th, not sure why but they arrived in two separate packages???? One of them rocked up just fine, but the other was a total mess!!!!!!!! Some of the product had leaked out of the tube. I was pretty annoyed because the other was supposed to be a gift.! I got in touch with their customer service, and thankfully they sorted it quickly and gave me a full refund for the damaged one. I’ve placed another order now, so fingers crossed it turns up in good nick this time!!!

Recently bought a logitech camera here for 98.17$ to start my work-from-home journey, and I was absolutely blown away by how quickly it arrived, especially since I only paid for flat-rate shipping for about 3.99$, not express which is around 9$!! The only downside was that the box was a bit deformed when it arrived, but luckily, the camera itself wasn’t affected.. ☹ also camera quality is great compared to my previous one which was grainy! A must buy! I’ll dfinitely be buying from here again. Once I get paid by my first client, I’ll be grabbing a new headset as well. Cheeeers!!!

as someone who's super artsy, i love love love buying all things art-related like paintbrushes, color pens, coloring books, and so so much more. So, when I found this website sellling "a dictionary of color combinations," I didn’t even hesistate. I purchased it right away!! it arrived pretty quickly, which was awesome, but when i opened it, i saw some dents on the book. i was kinda bummed 'cause I love displying my books, and this one has such a unique look :(((( sadly, i’ll probably have to keep it in a drawer instead of proudly putting it on my shelf. it would’ve been perfect if it came in mint condition. thanks anywayyyyy

Really not sure if the item even came from withi Australia, as the tracking didn’t provide much information!!@@@ just said "in transit" the whole time with no details on where it actually was or wjaysoever. To emaga, you might want to consider improving your courier service or switching to a faster one!!!. ROFL

so i made a purchase from this website on February 21st and reached out to ask when I could expect my order. They told me the delivery date was March 12 due to a "slight delay" with their courier. I couldn’t believe it,, like???? three weeks for a delivery within Australia?! Anyway, it arrived on march 3, and i managed to dye my hair, though it turned out more pink than red! *roll eyes* HAHAHA

Ordered from this website ages ago! took way longer than I expected. I asked them if it came from Australia and they said it did, but I'm starting to think it came all the way from China!!! Would've been great if the shipping was quicker. The product's decent now that it's here, but the wait was super frustrating. Delivery timing could definitely be improved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
