Excellent and money saving subscription!
Loved the money that my family of 8 saved to go on our trip. The customer service was great and answered my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Trace to anyone that I know if they plan on any sort of travel!!!

Update January 2025. Management contacted me to resolve issues. It seems that they care about customer service. Needed 5 confirmations to cancel trial. Billed a full year. No live person.
Update - Management contacted me several times to resolve my issues and I am now happy. Old - Tracetravel.co has a trial membership but still require your credit card information. There is no 800# or live person to talk to. I find Expedia and AAA to offer better deals. I bought I pressed the cancel button during the trial period. Unfortunately, there are at least 5 are you sure you want to cancel before you are actually Cancel. So,I was charged for the full amount and Customer Service email says I am out of luck for any refund because they didn't do anything wrong. If you want service, stay away from this site and company m

I recently traveled with Embarcks and it was a fantastic and very affordable experience! From start to finish, they provided excellent service and made my trip truly enjoyable with all the knowledge I was prepared with. The accommodations I booked through them were comfortable, and there was a lot of information about my destination.
