Following my husband’s death, I have had to sell our much loved RIB. Alongside all the other paperwork I’ve had to tackle, Jason at Marine Hub has made this very easy and straightforward for me. He showed the boat to the prospective buyers, arranged all the necessary paperwork and then delivered the boat. I’m extremely grateful for his five star management of the sale at a very difficult personal time for me.
I’m really disappointed with my recent order. The product arrived spoiled and unusable. I expected better quality and handling. I hope this issue is addressed quickly so it doesn’t happen to other customers.
I asked for a payment return on an item I got and they didn't pay back, they only collected the item and later said nothing to do about it .
Received damaged item. I ask them for a replacement and they just repaired it. It even took 50 days before they send me the repaired item. Not recommended

Purchased Aqurun swim shoes. I had questions about sizing and their exchange policy and the customer service team was very helpful by Whatsapp. I used the Cash on Delivery payment option. Entire transaction was very smooth and delivery was very prompt. Item was perfect, exactly as advertised. Will definitely use them again when needed.
