Very friendly and responsive team. They made you feel at ease to ask questions and that there is ‘no such thing as a silly question’ (even though I’m sure I was asking some!). They got back to me very quickly when I had queries or had made decisions and walked me through the process. I genuinely feel that they got me the best mortgage offer I could. Furthermore, they saved me a huge amount of time - I would have been floundering around as a non specialist in a complicated market.
