We're very happy with our experience dealing with Elysian Finance. Oliver was always quick to respond to our queries (of which there were many), and brought us through the process of collecting & submitting the required documentation with a minimum of fuss.

Elysian were amazing to deal with throughout our house purchase, keeping us up to date on the market, making us aware of interest rate movements, working with the lender to process various downward rate adjustments as well as also helping us to secure our buildings/contents insurance. I was introduced to Phoebe after after another broker failed to secure the mortgage they had promised and I can honestly say it was a dream working with Phoebe. I had honestly given up on being able to purchase my dream flat and speechless when she came back with such a great mortgage offer (never mind for the market!)

All advise was clear concise and she was happy to talk me through the whole mortgage process and advice around any uncertainties or barriers which popped up.
