Scammers don’t reply to emails don’t refund huge scam stay away

Redirected from stazashop.com to elvabeauty for payment. Immediately concerning. I was skeptical of the offer so cautiously proceeded to see how the payment options panned out.

The URL appears to be using secure encryption but the site looks dodgy as hell. The only option is to provide credit card details for payment - please don't!

This is a huge scam! I had a discount code for UK LASH serum and went ahead and ordered it on 21st January 2025. I ALWAYS pay by PayPal. I have emailed 3 times and nothing. I double checked today and the invoice said "order was on hold until payment was received". Thankfully no money was taken out - not quite sure why but hopefully PAYPAL was flagged and it didn't go through. I would have given this sh*t show of a scamming bunch of lowlifes no stars but couldn't. Lesson learned - check a new online company out before buying. It's disgusting that they're still allowed to sell online!

I ordered perfume on 13th January 2025 and paid. I only used this site because none of the usual sites I use had the Miss Dior perfume I wanted for my daughter-in-laws birthday. Despite contacting them by email a couple of times and the payment being passed, I have received nothing. Obviously this firm are SCAMMERS! I hope they take pleasure from scamming a pensioner -me - of over £50. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I don't know how they sleep at night.

Never received goods! Have emailed and called several times with no response.

I believe this company are scammers ... order made and no delivery or response from customer service ...

The same happened to me, I purchased, money gone, not possible to reach them, then they called me and said that their system got error while transaction and wanted to get more information from me plus lady told me that u need to confirm the code which they will send, I told them that my money gone and I will go to police, then she hang up on me.
At the beginning was weird when personal account isn’t possible to creat on this website, unfortunately I forgot to do it first.

SCAMMERS!! Do not fall for the low prices. I had a gut feeling this website was suspicious but I stupidly entered my card details. The payment screen was loading for a good 10 minutes and I just turned it off. However today I got a message from my bank that there was fraudulent activities with my card and when I called the bank they said that people tried to send over 3k to other countries and luckily it’s all been blocked by my bank. I still had to make a new card. What a drag. This site needs to be reported.

Scam company. I ordered my daughter perfume for her birthday and it never arrived and they never replied to any messages. Do not order.

SCAM avoid added my card to a Google wallet and attempted to make several transactions!

SCAM…. Only just read the reviews. I “ordered” perfume for my mother for Christmas which has never arrived. This company needs reporting. Do not order from them

This is a scam company. I attempted to place an order due to the attractive low prices, and it was on a Google comparison site, however when it came to taking payment, it kept loading and I received an email stating my order is on hold. Whilst this was happening, I thought I’d look the company up and saw all of these scam reviews and the process is similar to that of others . I quickly called my bank and cancelled my card. Do not use.

Is scam. Please do not buy

Tried to buy a mascara for £14 and tried to charge £309 to my card, luckily it sent the transaction for approval first, so I didn’t actually lose any money, but other people may not be so lucky.

AWFUL experience. I stupidly did not check trust pilot before ordering off of elva beauty and was enamoured by the low prices. They tried to take £18.68, then £200 and £300 out of my bank account, however my bank quickly blocked this. I straightaway then froze my card and fortunately they were not able to take any money out of my account at all. Google should remove this website.

Would rate 0 if I could. Ordered a miniature scent set before Christmas, kept asking for a verification code which never came through. I then looked on here & realised the site is a scam. I immediately changed my card. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I tried to place an order and it kept saying the authorisation code from my bank was wrong so I had it resent and reentered it and again it said it was wrong so I called my bank to discover they had made several attempts of money transfers, set up apple Pay using my card, and hit several online stores!!! My bank cancelled my card straight away and stopped all payments and even whilst they were trying to do that, they were hitting my card again from Israel for 22p and trying to hit again and again!! Thank goodness I rang the bank!! These are total scammers!!!! Do NOT Use!!! Now I’ve got no card all over Xmas!

I ordered on 9th December and still package and email to say once monies received they will send. They’ve had the money. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM
