Item out of stock
Allowed me to place an order for an item which ended up being out of stock. What I have a problem with is that it took nearly 2 weeks for someone to contact me and tell me that. The app told me it had been dispatched in the meantime. Just frustrating when I could have ordered it elsewhere and had it if that hadn’t happened. But I was refunded, just an irritating experience.

Easy ordering & lovely hair product.
Delivery was quick however I was in waiting for delivery when DPD supposedly called left no calling card but a txt to say they were dropping off next day at local collection point as missed delivery?
On collection Co-op couldn’t find parcel & after a long wait we discovered the parcel was addressed to themselves ELTH but my home address??
So product is great, company ordering process is flawed & delivery company was questionable!!
Hence the 4 stars
