Elogic`s planning phase was where they earned out trust. They were direct about what was actually urgent versus what could wait, which saved us from spending the first three months fixing things that didn`t matter. They connecting the PIM, search and payment layer into something that actually worked as a system rather than three separate tools pretending to tolk to each other. We have good results, search-led conversion up 45%, completed checkout orders up 30% and our winter collection launch ran without a single incident!

Normally

Normally, a platform launch meant expecting urgent fixes and support requests almost immediately. This time, nothing unusual happened, and that was the biggest surprise. Orders were processed correctly, inventory stayed synchronized, and customers experienced no interruptions. Months later, that same stability remains, allowing our team to focus on growth instead of constantly fixing technical issues.

I'll admit I wasn't convinced we needed…

I'll admit I wasn't convinced we needed such a large ecommerce project. Our store was generating sales, so I assumed we had more important priorities. What I failed to notice was how many small inefficiencies had become part of our daily routine. After working with ELOGIC, product updates became predictable, Shopify Plus performed far more consistently, and preparing new campaigns stopped feeling like a technical exercise. None of these changes seemed dramatic on their own, but together they made our business much easier to manage and gave the team more time to focus on customers instead of the platform.

For years

For years, repeat orders depended on phone calls and email because our Adobe Commerce B2B customer portal could not support the way we worked. Account-specific pricing, inventory visibility, and ERP data were never fully aligned. After ELOGIC rebuilt the portal and completed the ERP integration, customers could place repeat orders on their own without contacting our sales team. The ordering process became faster, account pricing was accurate, stock information stayed current, and the portal finally became a tool our customers actually wanted to use.

We were spending heavily on advertising, but too few customers came back after their first purchase. Promotions were difficult to coordinate, CRM data was inconsistent, and our Adobe Commerce store could not support the personalized experience we wanted. Traffic was never our problem

Traffic was never our problem. People filled their carts, then too many orders disappeared before payment. We also struggled with delayed ERP updates and no clear separation between wholesale and retail customers. Elogic rebuilt the Shopify Plus workflow, connected payments and inventory properly, and removed the friction that was costing us sales. The biggest challenge was not our website. It was the fact that customers could never be completely sure whether the product details and stock information were correct. Honestly didn’t expect this level of improvement after the rebuild

I’m based in Switzerland and we were close to giving up on our online pharmacy before working with Elogic.

The store just wasn’t working properly. People would come in, browse a bit, and leave. The UX felt messy, and the worst part was payments — sometimes the gateway just wouldn’t go through, which was incredibly frustrating for customers.
