Don’t purchase from this company.
Ordered item in May, after a couple of days I requested to cancel my order due to having sensitive skin. I was told I couldn’t as the item was on its way to me. But I could send it back when it arrives to get a refund. All return details were sent to me and it costed £25 to get the item shipped back to China. I still haven’t received my £69.99 refund. I have emailed several times and they are ignoring my emails.

Zelfs 1 ster is teveel. Waardeloos bedrijf.. geeft de indruk uit Londen te komen maar het is gewoon Chinese rommel.
Betaal €5 voor extra snelle levering.. maar wacht nog steeds..
Verschillende mails gestuurd om het te annuleren maar dat kan niet, zo gauw het binnen is kan ik het terug sturen naar China.

I cannot cope with the sensation on my face. It's like an electrical shock, but it's too strong even when I'm using it in the lowest possible position. There is no beep. I'm too scared that it hurts me more than tone my face. I bought it because I thought it was London-based. Now I have read other reviews to find that it is not London-based. How on the earth could I be so stupid to buy it and not check properly?

Can someone please tell me if the 2 metal balls come off as the video possibly a different brand shows the balls being removed and 2 prongs left for eye area and around the lips!
Please advise as the instructions were poor. The video also showed there’s a bleep after 3, my device doesn’t have this, there’s vibrations then stops, clicks then buzzing starts again

Received my package after about 10 days.
As others have said, the instructions that come with it are really unhelpful and had to go on line to check that I was doing it right.
Immediately on using it, I got a lot of pain in my teeth which really surprised me - is it because I have metal fillings?? Also I got really severe twitching in my mouth which scared the hell out of me and started thinking my face was going to droop!
I'm too frightened to use it again unless someone can reassure me that they are also experiencing these feelings and that they are completely harmless.
I look forward to hearing from you all!!

I received two machines and neither of them have any current. I was offered 25% refund and keep the machines or return for full refund, only to find I have to return them to China, what are the chances of them arriving???? I have just been looking at their website, no where does it mention anything about China but they cleverly call themselves Ellonia London. Massive con.

Please consider carefully before buying the facial toning tool. Mine works but I can’t cope with the sensation. I have contacted the company who say they are LONDON based and you have to send back to China for a full refund. Customs forms have to be completed and I am worried I will not get all my money back. I have emailed them asking to send it back to their office in LONDON as I do not want to have to ship things to China and await their reply. I will update when this matter is resolved. At the moment I feel ripped off. The communication has been good with them so far but until I get my full refund as stated in their advert I am very unhappy.

I bought this machine in September I couldn’t get it to work. Have been trying to get it to work since then but it won’t turn on. Sent them a message but have had no reply It is rubbish

Bought the face massage tool, it hardly has a current even on high setting. You have to return to China, complete rip off!
Commented on Facebook but now have been blocked and probably comment deleted

I received my SculptAura a week ago and I’m not sure it it’s working correctly.
When I switch it on there is a buzzing sound for about 10sec then the buzzing stops to restart about 7/8 seconds later. Now trying level 3 and I don’t feel tingling all the time on my face. During the 5 minutes of use I may feel it on only one sweep.
I have repeatedly messaged the company but received no response. Wouldn’t recommend this product.

Please advise.

Product finally arrived. So far I have found the instructions far from being helpful. I’ve managed to charge it but there’s no evidence of it doing anything even on what is said to be the highest setting. There’s the occasional buzz - this sounds almost like a connection that’s faulty. I can’t feel any tingling sensation. Is this what I should be expecting or have I purchased something purporting to be something it isn’t? It’s not from London either as the name would suggest I’m guessing! Not happy atm.

Wondered why my order was taking so long. Was under the impression this is a London based company but having just read other reviews I now realise the product is shipped from China. Ordered on 10th November…still waiting…hopefully it’s a brilliant device and I can change to 5 stars…if it ever arrives!

I paid extra for quicker delivery and as of 15/11 it is still sitting in China!

Avoid this company. I don’t even think the item will arrive in the UK 😡

Ordered on 3rd October, it got delivered yesterday, 23rd October. Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered. Like other reviews say, this is not a U.K. company! Using London in company name is more fraud than honest. Instructions are gobbledegook too.
Update 09/11/23. Got a reply to my negative review today to say that normally a 10% discount is given for such delays. If it arrives I will give a kinder review. The instructions that I mention are the paper ones that come with the device. As for not reading that it is shipped from China, I expected that it would have been made in China but that stocks were stored in London. After all you are called Ellonia London and web address is Ellonia.co.uk

I am currently trying to return the device to find it must be returned to China. At time of purchase I thought I was buying this from London. The cost of the return is ridiculous. I tried to cancel the order when I knew it was coming from China and could not. I have raised a dispute with my bank. Very unhappy.

I tried to cancel an order after doing a bit of digging and finding out that this company Ellonia "London" has no registered office (or connection at all) with the UK.

They sent the order anyway and once received I was met with the news I would have to return to China or Denmark! Which I did (and sent proof) but they still wont process a refund.

All I can say is save your money and this company/website is a complete con.

I bought a SculptAura SkinTone - Facial Toning device for my wife. Firstly please be aware that even though Ellonia London have a .CO. UK web site the item was shipped from China and took over a week to arrive.

The device works using small electrical impulses. My wife found the device very uncomfortable to use so we attempted a refund as per Ellonia London’s Guarantee. We were told that Ellonia London will only accept a return at our expense to either Denmark or China. The cost of the return would be 50% of the cost of the product.
Buyers beware.
