Cheap plastic, poorly made, unlined boots sent instead of quality boots made with luxury leather!!

I ordered these boots which looked very different in the photo to the ones I received.

They are very plastic and do not smell very nice.

I asked for a refund, but they said you have to return them to China ! It was going to cost me £21 !
It was not worth me returning them, as they cost £30,! Very poor quality.
I wish I had checked here before buying them.

CON ARTISTS.........artist is the wrong terminology for these creeps. I am in the same situation as everyone who has left a review for these parasites.

Total scam, don’t touch it. Plastic rubbish. I’ve learnt from it before you buy take a look at trustpilot reviews every time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought so called orthopaedic boots and I had to bin them they were cheap nasty plastic no sign of orthopaedic in them and they came from Asia would cost me more to return than to bin

Ordered orthopaedic boots ( no mention on the website that these were coming from China !. When they arrived they were way too small ,nothing like the ad on Instagram or on their website, cheap nasty not leather or lined. Was offered refund if sent back TO CHINA ! at extortionate cost. Have been offered 10% refund, just waiting now. Do not Buy from this company it's a scam.

This company is a scam. The boots that have arrived are cheap and nasty copies of the ones the website. I was lulled into a false sense of security by what appeared to be good customer service, when I found that two orders for the same boots had been taken instead of one. I was assured that I would be able to return them for a refund. I am just waiting to find out if that is going to materialize.

Absolute scam of a company. Their online products show beautiful products but you get delivered rubbish. I purchased what I thought were orthopaedic leather ankle boots but what I received were really plastic smelling badly made boots, nothing like the photo on their website. They were much too small, shoddy no comfy lining or orthopaedic insoles and moulded cheap plastic soles. Must have cost them about £2 to make. If you want to return them you have to send to China at an astronomical cost. Do not purchase from this company, read all the previous reviews which I should have done.

Please, please, do not use this company. They are not based in the Uk as name suggests and the Orthopaedic Ankle Boots are extremely poor quality, the tab to close boot is on outside of leg ( should be on inside of leg) making it very difficult , not sized correctly and certainly not leather. I have requested a refund and have replies back referring me to their refund policy. I pointed out that that doesn’t apply as the goods are faulty. I won’t hold my breath!

It took 12 days to be delivered.I was very disappointed with the quality. Advertised as leather.They had a plastc smell, they did not fit and did not resemble the picture as advertised. The strap was a yellow colour and it was too short. I am not convinced they are orthopaedic . What a rip off , even in the sale. I demand a reffund.Steer clear. False advertising. I will contact Trustpilot.

This company is not British but Chinese. I purchased a pair of orthopaedic ankle boots. When they arrived they were cheap plastic not leather, heaven knows what size they are thin and have a horrible smell. I emailed the company and they said they would only give me a refund if I return item. That would cost more than I paid. I have sent more emails outlining the false advertising but to no avail. I will now raise a dispute with my credit card.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I agree that the site is misleading at best, dishonest more likely - not a UK company as lead to believe, delivery not by Royal Mail, not leather, poor quality boots - one is taller than the other! There was no mention of coming from, or returns to, China. Took almost 2 weeks from ordering to receiving goods. Stay away!

Recieved my goods, What a damn cheek to advertise these boots as Orthopaedic leather, Synthetic fabric/plastic. Absolutely disgusted with the purchase, Size is too small.look tacky .How they can ask £60 for these boots is beyond me,even though I bought them at the sale price of £29.99. It will cost me that amount to send them back to China, even though the advertisement makes one think they are coming from a reputable company in London.and posted in a box, alas no. a tatty parcel for tatty boots. Be aware everyone!!!!!!
