Ben’s communication was exemplary throughout the process despite what turned out to be a very difficult chain (nothing to do with Elliott’s). Genuinely the timely communication from Ben as well as his dogged chasing of all parties in the chain stopped us from calling time more than once. I must have spoken/communicated with Ben at least 10 times for every 1 time with my own agent. Would recommend.

There are always two aspects to a property purchase - the actual work, and the attitude of the agents. In terms of the work, I found Elliotts to be thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally reliable. I received regular check-in calls, and a high degree of 'customer service'. As for attitude, everyone I dealt with at Elliotts was friendly, caring, and 'on the ball'. They are all delightful - a rarity in the world of estate agency in my experience.

I hope (in the nicest possible way!) never to buy another property, but if I should find myself needing to do so in Hove, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a home in Hove to start their search with Elliotts.
